No other impurities should be present. It is forbidden to use sandblasting to clean the inner surface of the oil pipeline. 5.6 All oil-passing valves should be dismantled, cleaned, and sealed. 5.7 In addition to the above-mentioned requirements, the cleanliness of each set of oil purification equipment shall comply with JB4058. 5.8 After the parts of the oil purification device meet the above-mentioned cleanliness standards, all loose flanges should be equipped with asbestos rubber pads and flange covers. All threaded loose ends are equipped with asbestos rubber pads and screw plugs, and other loose ends are covered with plastic plugs. 5.9 Technical requirements for filter elements The surface of the sedimentation net should be tight and flat, and it should be firmly combined when it has hydrophobic coating. 5.9.1 The bag filter should be free of residual welding slag, welding particles, burrs, and flash, and the welding joints should not be cracked. 5.9.2 The appearance of the filter cloth bag is complete and free of defects. 5.9.4 Basic technical requirements for filter elements The appearance of the filter element is not allowed to have visual defects. 5.9.4.2 The filter element is tested for single pass according to the filter material filtration degree. When the filtration efficiency is above 95%, the nominal filtration degree is 10μm. 5.10 Sealing requirements 5.10.1 The welds of all oil-passing parts should be subjected to color inspection or kerosene penetration inspection. 5.10.2 The assembly seal of the fine filter tank is tested for airtightness at 1.5 times the working pressure, and the time shall not be less than 30 minutes. 5.11 The smoke exhaust fan runs smoothly when powered on, and the noise is lower than 90dB. The traction motor of the smoke exhaust fan must use an explosion-proof motor. 5.12 The distribution cabinet circuit is fixed and reliable, without bare wires, and short-circuit discharge is strictly prevented. 6 Testing and acceptance 6.1 The manufacture of oil purification equipment shall comply with the product drawings and relevant technical documents and technical standards proposed by the technical department, and shall be qualified after inspection. A product certificate of conformity must be attached when leaving the factory. 6.2According to the relevant technical conditions of the filter element, the newly modified filter element (including filter material, structure, and key process changes) must be tested according to the development test methods in the relevant standards. The above test reports should be attached to the first batch of new modified filter elements. 6.3 The newly modified filter cloth should be subjected to corresponding comparative tests with the original cloth. 6.4 The paint resistance of new brands must be tested on larger areas and more complex parts. 6.56.2, 6.3, and 6.4 can only be mass-produced after the three tests are qualified. 91 JB/T5262—91 6.6The contamination degree of purified oil samples shall be calibrated according to Appendix A; oil sample collection shall be in accordance with GJB380.2; oil sampler shall be in accordance with GJB380.1; oil sample determination shall be in accordance with GJB380.5 or GJB380.6; test report shall be in accordance with GJB380.7.
