This standard is a revision of JB/T33231983 "Accessories for Gauge Blocks" based on Japanese Industrial Standard JIS B750689 "Accessories for Gauge Blocks". Its main technical contents are equivalent to JIS B7506—1989. Compared with JB/T3323-1983, this standard has the following major changes: 1. The nominal size range of the gauge block accessory combination is clearly specified. 2. In the type drawing, the grinding surfaces of the clamp block, clamping slide and base are clearly marked. 3. The flatness is equivalent to the Japanese standard except for the base and the arc-shaped clamp block ≤10. 4. The Φ12 hole required by the clamp block is changed to Φ10 according to the latest gauge block standard. 5. All technical requirements are uniformly specified in Chapter 3. 6. The thread line in the figure is changed to a thin solid line according to the standard, and some dimension markings are modified. 7. The base support surface in the original standard is changed to the bottom surface of the base. In order to make the stability better, the height dimension is set to 25mm±0.005mm. 8. The surface finish in the original standard is changed to the surface roughness Ra value. 9. The gauge block accessories are changed from Rockwell hardness HRC to Vickers HV hardness value. This standard will replace JB/T33231983 from the date of implementation. This standard is proposed and managed by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Gauges and Instruments. 2.1 Gauge block accessories include holder (A type, B type): clamping block (arc-shaped clamping block, top-shaped clamping block, marking clamping block, rectangular clamping block): base: clamping slide: triangular ruler and clamp. Its type is shown in Figure 1 (the figure is only for illustration and does not show the detailed structure). Approved by China Machinery Industry Federation on June 4, 2001. The working surfaces of gauge block accessories shall not have defects such as cracks, scratches, bumps, rust, burrs, etc. that affect the appearance and performance. The structure of the clamp and the clamp should ensure reliable clamping of the gauge block and the clamping block, and should not be loose. 3.2

The structure of the clamp should ensure that the gauge block with a nominal length less than 25mm can be clamped between the two gauge blocks and the clamping slide. 3.3 When all the clamps, triangular rulers and bases are assembled, the upper pads should be made of wear-resistant materials such as alloy tool steel, and the base should be made of steel or cast iron.
3.4 ​​The hardness of the grinding surface of all clamps and the upper pads of the base should not be less than 800HV (~63HRC); the hardness of the working edge surface of the triangular ruler should not be less than 713HV (~60HRC); the hardness of the grinding surface of the clamping slide should not be less than 561HV (~53HRC). 3.5 Surface roughness of the working surface of the gauge block accessories 3.5.1 The surface roughness of the grinding surface of the base, clamping slide and clamp is 0.025μm. 3.5.2 The surface roughness of the working edge of the triangular ruler is 0.05um. 3.5.3 The surface roughness of the bottom surface of the base is Ra 0.4um, and only concave 3.6 The flatness of the clamp, slider, base grinding surface and the bottom surface of the base, the parallelism of the clamp measuring surface relative to the grinding surface, the two grinding surfaces of the slider, and the base grinding surface relative to the bottom surface shall comply with the provisions of Table 4. The dimensional deviation between the measuring surfaces of the paired arc-shaped clamping blocks should not exceed 0.001mm. All clamping blocks should eliminate internal stress.
4 Marking and packaging
The specifications and dimensions, manufacturer's name or registered trademark should be marked on the clamp and arc-shaped clamping block. Parallelism tolerance
