Some standard content:
GB/T17459--1998 This standard is equivalent to the German standard LINV30671 part1:1983 & Ductile iron pipe asphalt coating》 Ductile iron pipe oil green coating refers to the asphalt covering layer formed on the inner and outer walls of the ductile iron pipe by spraying, coating or brushing. The asphalt back coating is used as a protective paint film, usually as a topcoat of zinc coating (see GB/T17136-198≤ Ductile iron pipe outer surface spray zinc coating) or used alone, and can also be used as a topcoat on cement mortar coating (see GB/T17457-1998 & Ductile iron pipe: water Slurry centrifugal coating General requirements This standard is proposed by the State Machinery Industry Bureau. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Metallic and Non-metallic Coatings. The drafting units of this standard are: Wuhan Institute of Material Protection and Xuzhou Everbright Xinyi Casting Pipe Co., Ltd. The main drafters of this standard are: Zhang Shaoshan, Qian Hongji, Huang Jing, Huang Minghua, Dai Guobin, 1 Scope National Standard of the People's Republic of China Asphalt coating of ductile iron pipes Ductile This standard specifies the requirements and test methods for the bitumen coating of ductile iron pipes with an average thickness of (.07 tI). Ductile iron pipes conform to GB/T 13295 or GB/T 13294. For underground pipes, according to GB/T 17457-1998, the cement-polymer coating of ductile iron pipes should generally be solid. If the water filter sand coating of ductile iron pipes is used to transport special corrosive corrugated bodies, it is not allowed to add coating to the ice mud mortar seal. 2 Reference standards The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard by reference in this standard. The test method is shown in G. ". 5. 2. 3. 2 Correction The selection of filler must ensure that the coating material can be sprayed by air. The test method is shown in 6.3.7. 5.3 Final coating requirements 5. 3. 1 Layer thickness Test basis clause The average value of 10 tests is not less than 0.07mm1The value at any point is not less than (.05mm. The test method is shown in 6.1.2. 5. 3. 2.2 Test for sag The sag layer should not show a tendency to sag: the test method is shown in 3.6 Tests 6.1 Test requirements All tests shall be performed by the manufacturer and a recognized test machine. If required, they shall be verified according to the requirements for coating materials listed in 5.2 (e.g. certification provided by the material supplier). The manufacturer shall ensure that the surface of the ductile iron pipe meets the requirements of 5.1 and that the film thickness meets the requirements of 5.3.1. The filler shall meet the requirements of 5.2.3. Whether the filler meets this requirement shall be certified by the material supplier. Before batch production, an airless spray test shall be carried out to confirm that the particle size of the filler meets the requirements, as described in 5.2.3.! ? and to prove that 3.3.2 can be achieved. The requirements are listed. 6.2 Test report The test report shall include the following contents: Standards based on: Testing instruments or equipment used: Test items and test data obtained and related solids; Tester's signature and seal: Other contents to be included in the test report: 6.3 Coating material test 6. 3. 1 Softening point test The softening point of volatile residue shall be determined according to GB/T2294. Volatile residue formation is the process of testing solid content. 6.3. 2 Solidity test The solidity of volatile residue shall be determined according to GB,T 4509. GB/T 17459-1998 The solid content of volatile residue shall be tested according to GB/T1725. 6.3.3 Flash point test The flash point should be determined according to GB/T528. 6.3.4 Surface drying time test The required surface drying time should be tested according to GB/T1728. 6.3.5 Solid content test The solid content should be determined according to GB/T1725. 6.3.6 Ash content test The ash content should be determined according to GB/T1747. If the filler contains carbonate, it should be heated at low temperature with ammonium carbonate after ignition to reduce the carbonate. 6.3.7 Fineness test In order to determine whether the fineness of the filler meets the requirements, the coating material should be subjected to an airless spray test at 20°C without adding thinner. 6.4 Final coating test 6.4.1 The surface of the polyester layer should be flat and smooth. There should be no obvious appearance defects such as bubbles and pinholes. 6.4.2 Coating Thickness It is recommended to use a non-destructive thickness test device (free Q199.3) to measure the thickness and the sag of the coating. 6.4.3 Sag Test For the sag test, silver bronze marking points shall be marked on a section of DN100 mm × 200 mm with cured coating. The section of pipe used as the test piece shall be taken from a continuous product pipe. A template with small holes drilled in it shall be fixed around the entire circumference of the test pipe and marked through the small holes in the template. Starting from 10 mm from the edge of the test pipe, the markings shall be made at a vertical and horizontal interval of 50 mm. The template is made of a copper sheet with a thickness of 0.05 to 1.1 mm. The holes drilled are of a diameter of 2 mm and arranged at the required spacing. After the template is removed and the marking points are dried: the test pipe shall be placed vertically in a forced air drying furnace and subjected to a temperature of 1 door for 24 hours and then cooled to room temperature. Any sag at the marked point can then be measured using the template. 7 Marking Unless otherwise agreed, if the pipe is not coated in accordance with this standard, a permanent, easily visible mark containing at least the following information shall be marked on the pipe: Coating manufacturer and/or registered trademark: -GB/T17459 bituminous coating. Marking in accordance with GB/T17459 is permitted only if the pipe is tested in the factory in accordance with this standard.
