8 Test method
3.1 According to the requirements of 2.1.1, the chemical composition of iron shall be carried out in accordance with GB223.1~223.7-81, GB223.8~
223.24-82 "Chemical analysis method for steel and alloys". 3.2 According to the requirements of 2.1.2, the chemical composition of nickel shall be carried out in accordance with SJ154287 "Chemical analysis method for nickel and nickel alloys".
3.3 According to the requirements of Article 2.2, the following low-melting-point metal evaporation test is carried out: roll the 25×40mm sample into a cylinder, clean it with gasoline, place it in a hydrogen furnace at 850~900℃, keep it warm for 10 minutes, take it out after cooling, and then put it into the glass bulb to exhaust and seal it. The vacuum degree is 6.666×10-\Pa (5×10\mmHg), and bake it at 900℃ for 5 minutes with high frequency heating, and check whether there is metal evaporation on the inner wall of the glass bulb. 3.4 According to the requirements of Article 2.3, the surface quality is checked with the naked eye. 3.5 According to the requirements of Article 2.4, the thickness is detected with a first-level micrometer, the width is detected with a steel ruler, and the length is detected with a tape measure. wwW.bzxz.Net
3.6 Straightness test
According to the requirements of 2.5.1, take any 1m long strip, stand it on the platform, and measure the distance between its edge and the platform. 3.6.1
According to the requirements of 2.5.2, take any 1m long strip, place it flat on the platform, and measure the distance between its edge and the platform. 3.7 Test of the bonding firmness between the iron layer and the nickel layer According to the requirements of 2.6, take any 60~100×200~250mm sample and put it in a hydrogen furnace to heat to 850~900℃, keep it warm for 15min, and take it out for testing after cooling.
3.8 According to the requirements of 2.7, use the naked eye and steel ruler to detect edge cracks and burrs. 3.9 According to the requirements of 2.8, carry out according to the provisions of GB11250.2-89 "Composite Metal Coating Thickness Determination Method-X Fluorescence Method". In case of objection, metallographic method shall be used as arbitration method. 4 Inspection rules
4.1 The quality inspection department of the supplier shall inspect the strip according to the provisions of this standard and fill in the quality certificate. 2-
SJ3267-89
4.2 The buyer shall inspect the product according to this standard within three months from the date of receipt. If the inspection result does not meet this standard and is still unqualified after identification by both parties, it shall be unqualified. 4.3 Each submitted batch is allowed to be composed of different production batches, and the buyer shall accept the submitted batches. 4.4 According to the requirements of 3.1 and 3.2, take one sample from each submitted batch and determine the chemical composition. 4.5 According to the requirements of 3.3, take five samples from each submitted batch to test the evaporated low-melting-point metal. 4.6 According to the requirements of 3.4, 3.5 and 3.8, 100% of the surface quality and size shall be inspected. 4.7 According to the requirements of 3.6, 3.7 and 3.9, three samples are randomly selected from each batch for straightness inspection. 4.8 If one of the tests fails, double sampling is conducted from the batch, and the unqualified items are retested. If there is still one unqualified test result, the batch is unqualified. 5 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
5.1 The packaging of the coil should be sufficient to prevent the product from being damaged and contaminated during transportation and storage, and the outer packaging should be firm and unbreakable.
5.2 The weight of the coil should not exceed 15kg, and the weight of each box should not exceed 30kg. The words "moisture-proof" and "handle with care" should be marked on the box.
5.3 The packaging box should indicate
