Introduction to standards:

JB/T 50153-1999 This standard is a revision of ZB J01 003-87 "Energy Consumption Classification of Forging Heating Furnaces". This standard specifies the energy consumption levels of flame furnaces used for forging heating in mechanical industrial enterprises. Forging heating furnaces are divided into special, first, second and third grades according to the comparable unit energy consumption per ton of qualified forgings. Those with comparable unit energy consumption that does not meet the third grade index are classified as out-of-grade. This standard was first issued in 1987. Wu Zhong: - The weight of qualified parts of a single furnace in the statistical category is calculated based on the weight of the forgings of the same type, t. The corresponding number of forgings of a certain method is K, see Table 4, Table 5, Table 6, and the complexity of the forgings is different. See Figure A1 and Figure A2 in the standard appendix; K-type hub parts corresponding to the material weight coefficient, see Table. 4.2 Various coefficients

5.2 The second-class furnace and the second-class geothermal furnace group are allowed to be assessed, and their comparable single energy consumption index shall be consistent with the comparable single energy consumption index of the corresponding grade in the table (this article is not applicable to enterprises assessed with a net output value of 10,000 yuan and unit product comprehensive energy support) .3 The furnace must be evaluated individually. In addition to the comparable unit consumption index reaching the index specified in Table 1, it must also meet the requirements of Table 8 for air coefficient and table 8 for surface temperature change. 5.4 The furnace must be evaluated individually. In addition to the comparable unit consumption index reaching the index of the refining furnace specified in Table 1, it must also meet the requirements of Table 8 for air coefficient, Table 9 for surface temperature, Table 10 for waste heat recovery rate of fine gas: In addition, the furnace should also be equipped with allowable quantity, temperature, recorder and automatic control device for measurement: Table
