4.6 Determination of moisture content
According to the drying method in GB/T2386. 4.7 Determination of color uptake
4.7.1 Method overview
After dyeing according to the standard dyeing method, the ratio of the amount of dye on the dye sample to the total amount of dye put into the dye bath is determined. 4.7.2 Reagents and instruments
Wbzsoso, cOHG/T2667-95
a. The reagents used shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB2374; b. Chlorobenzene-phenol mixture is prepared at a weight ratio of 1:1; c. 721 type or other types of photoelectric spectrophotometer. 4.7.3 Sample preparation
Dye according to the high temperature pressure dyeing method of GB2374 and GB/T2394, with a dyeing depth of 1%, pH 5-6, and a bath ratio of 1:100. After reduction cleaning and drying, cut into pieces, mix and set aside. 4.7.4 Determination steps
Weigh about 0.1g (accurate to 0.0002g) of the above sample, place it in a 50mL volumetric flask, add 3mL of chlorobenzene-phenol mixed solution, immerse the sample in the above solution, and then place it in a boiling water bath to completely dissolve it. After cooling, add acetone dropwise while shaking to precipitate all the polyester resin flocs, then dilute to the scale with acetone, shake well, and let it stand for 24 hours for use (Solution 1). According to the relevant provisions of GB2374 and GB/T2394, prepare 0.5g/L dye solution, use a pipette to draw 2mL from it and place it in a 50mL volumetric flask, add 3mL of chlorobenzene-phenol mixture, and then place it in a boiling water bath for 2-3 minutes. After cooling, dilute it to the scale with acetone, shake it well, and let it stand for use (solution 2).
Use a glass dropper to carefully draw the clear colored solution from the top of solution 1 and solution 2 respectively, use a photoelectric spectrophotometer, use acetone solution as a blank solution, and measure its optical density value at a wavelength of 520nm. 4.7.5 Calculation
The coloring rate can be calculated as follows:
Where: F——coloring rate, %#
E1——optical density value of solution 1;
E2——optical density value of solution 2;
——mass of the sample, g.
4.8 Determination of color fastness on polyester fabrics EX0.1,
All color fastness test specimens shall be dyed to 1/1 standard depth according to the provisions of GB4841.1. 4.8.1 Determination of color fastness to light
Perform according to the provisions of GB8427.
4.8.2 Determination of color fastness to rubbing
Perform according to the provisions of GB3920.
4.8.3 Determination of color fastness to washing
Perform according to the provisions of GB3921, using the conditions of test solution 1 method 3. 4.8.4 Determination of color fastness to perspiration
Perform according to the provisions of GB3922.
4.8.5 Determination of color fastness to hot pressing (ironing) shall be carried out at 180℃ using the hot pressing method according to the provisions of GB6152. 4.8.6 The determination of color fastness to dry heat (sublimation) shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB5718.
5 Inspection rules
5.1 Inspection classification
The inspection of Disperse Red FB is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 5.1.1 Factory inspection
W.HG/T2667-95
Article 3.1 of this standard and items (1) to (5) in Table 1 are factory inspection items. 5.1.2 Type inspection
Articles 3.1 to 3.3 of this standard are type inspection items. If one of the six situations specified in Article 6.6.1 of GB1.3 occurs, a type inspection shall be carried out. In normal continuous production, the inspection shall be carried out once every six months. 5.2 Factory inspection
Disperse Red FB shall be inspected by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer. The manufacturer shall ensure that all Disperse Red FB shipped out of the factory conforms to the provisions of this standard and is accompanied by a quality certificate in a certain format. 5.3 Sampling method
5.3.1 Randomly select barrels not less than VN/2 (N is the number of barrels of each batch of products) from each batch of products for sampling. The sampling of small batches shall not be less than 3 barrels. If the whole batch is less than 3 barrels, sample from each barrel. 5.3.2 The packaging of the sample must be intact. When sampling, do not allow foreign impurities to fall into the product. Use a probe to sample from the top, middle and bottom. After mixing evenly, take about 200g of sample and divide it into two clean and dry bottles and seal them. Stick labels on the bottles, indicating the manufacturer name, product name, batch number and sampling date. One bottle is for inspection and the other is kept for future reference. 5.4 Re-test
If one indicator of the test result does not meet the requirements of this standard, re-sample from twice the amount of packaging for re-testing. If even one indicator of the re-test result does not meet the requirements of this standard, the whole batch of products shall be unqualified. 5.5 User Acceptance
The user unit shall conduct quality inspection on the received dispersed red FB according to the provisions of this standard. 5.6 Arbitration
If the supply and demand parties have any disagreement on the product quality, they can negotiate to resolve it. If arbitration is required, the arbitration institution can be selected by negotiation between the two parties. During arbitration, arbitration inspection shall be carried out according to the provisions of this standard. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
6.1 The packaging barrel should have firm and clear markings, indicating the manufacturer's name, product name, registered trademark, this standard number, production date, batch number, specifications, net weight, gross weight, etc.
6.2 Disperse Red FB should be packed in an iron barrel lined with a plastic bag, with a net weight of 25kg per barrel. Other packaging can be negotiated with the user. 6.3 Avoid violent collisions during transportation, do not damage the packaging, and prevent fire, sun and rain. 6.4 The product should be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated warehouse to prevent heat and moisture.
