Total length: ≤6 m;
b. Total width: ≤2m;
Total height: ≤2 m.
3, 4 It is not allowed to change the original design transmission ratio and increase the driving speed. 3.5 The allowable noise limit of the unit shall be measured in accordance with the provisions of GB6229, and the limit shall comply with the provisions of GB6376: the dynamic environmental noise outside the vehicle is 86dB (A), and the ear noise is 93 dB (A). 4 Engine
4.1 The engine parts are complete, the appearance is neat, and the installation is firm. 4.2 The starting claw of the diesel engine with hand cranking shall not protrude; when the ambient temperature is not lower than 5℃, it should be able to start smoothly within 5 minutes and at most 5 times.
4.3 The evaporative water tank float and oil pressure indicator should be complete. 4.4 The engine should work smoothly and without noise at different speeds. The maximum idling speed should not exceed 10% of the rated speed. The smoke color should be normal under normal temperature and load.
4.5 The power should not be less than 85% of the rated power; the fuel consumption rate should not exceed 15% of the rated fuel consumption rate. Approved by the State Administration of Technical Supervision on January 12, 1996 and implemented on April 1, 1996
GB16151.3—1996
4.6 The supply, lubrication and cooling systems should work well without oil leakage, air leakage or water leakage. 4.7 The throttle should be flexible to operate and can be fixed at any position between the rated speed and the stop of fuel supply. 4.8 The engine frame should be free of cracks and deformation.
5 Transmission system
5.1 The center planes of the engine and clutch pulley grooves should be on the same vertical rotation plane. The V-belt model meets the requirements, the quantity is complete, and the tension is consistent. Press the middle of the V-belts of the two pulleys by hand, and the downward pressure should be 20-30mm. 5.2 The clutch is completely separated and the engagement is smooth. The operating force of the handle: not more than 100N when clutching, not more than 400N when braking. 5.3 The main and auxiliary gear levers of the gearbox are flexible. The self-locking interlocking device is reliably positioned. When each gear is working, there is no abnormal sound or abnormal temperature rise in the gearbox, transmission box, and final transmission box.
5.4 The chain in the transmission box and the knife transmission box is installed correctly, the tension is adjusted appropriately, and the locking is firm. 6 Walking system
6.1 It is not allowed to install tires with inner pads and outer packaging and flat tread on the surface. 6.2 The specifications and models of the left and right drive tires are consistent, the degree of wear is similar, the air pressure meets the requirements, and the tread direction shall not be installed in reverse. 6.3 There shall be no cracks or cuts on the tire that are longer than 25mm and deep enough to expose the tire cord layer. 6.4 The wheel hub is intact, the rim is free of cracks and deformation, the nuts are complete and securely fastened. 6.5 The wheelbase is adjusted according to the needs of the operation, but during transportation operations, it should be adjusted to the factory wheelbase and the counterweight should be added according to the original vehicle regulations. 6.6 Tractors for transportation operations should be equipped with tire fenders. 7 Steering system
7.1 The free travel of the left and right steering rods is adjusted to be consistent, the separation is complete, the steering is flexible, and the return is timely. When completely separated, there should be a gap of 2 to 4mm between the steering handle and the handrail cover.
7.2 When the vehicle is driving empty on the road, the steering clutch handle operating force is not greater than 50N. 7.3 The turning circle radius and the horizontal passing radius should meet the specified requirements. 7.4 The left and right handrail assembly is not deformed, broken, and securely fastened. 8 Braking system
When a tractor is moving uphill at low speed, it should be able to stop reliably on a longitudinal dry hard slope with a slope angle of 20°. 9 Lighting and signal equipment bzxZ.net
9.1 The generator is installed correctly without short circuit or open circuit. The voltage and power of the bulb meet the requirements, the joints are tight, the wires are bundled and fixed. The light switch is easy and flexible to operate, and it shall not be turned on or off automatically due to vehicle movement. 9.2 The headlights shall be equipped in accordance with the provisions of JB/T6701, with the correct installation position and reliable fixation. 9.3 In addition to the headlights, the transport unit shall also be equipped with left and right turn signal lights and brake lights, and their physiological visibility: visible at a distance of 30m in the sun and 300m in good weather at night.
10 Other safety requirements
10.1 When riding in the field or transporting, the driver's seat must be firm. 10.2 The traction device connected to the semi-trailer is firm and has no serious wear. The traction pin should have a safety lock pin and be equipped with a safety rope and chain. 10.3 The transport operation unit must be equipped with a rearview mirror, which should be installed in a suitable position and have a clear image in the mirror so that the traffic situation behind the vehicle can be seen clearly. 10.4 The exhaust pipe of the tractor used for field harvesting, threshing, and transporting flammable materials should be equipped with a safe and reliable device to extinguish the exhaust gas sparks. 10.5 The exposed rotating parts should be equipped with safety protection devices, and each dangerous part should have a conspicuous safety sign. 10
