This standard is a revision of JB/T53123-94 "Quality Grading of Plastic Circular Loom Products". Compared with JB/T53123-94, the main technical content of this standard has been changed as follows: the weaving speed in Table 1 has been improved and supplemented, and the specifications are divided according to the number of shuttles and the maximum folding diameter; the content related to the 2-shuttle circular loom in Table 1 has been cancelled; the content of the assembly accuracy in Table 1 has been modified; the assessment item of "main parts main item qualification rate" in Table 1 has been cancelled; the number of detection times and indicators of the reliability rate of weft wire breakage in Table 1 have been modified. This standard replaces JB/T53123-94 from the date of implementation. This standard is proposed and managed by the Plastic Machinery Branch of the National Rubber and Plastic Machinery Standardization Technical Committee. The responsible drafting units of this standard are: Changzhou Plastic Machinery Factory, Gansu Light Industry Machinery Factory, Dalian Plastic Machinery Research Institute. The main drafters of this standard are: Wu Xingqin, Gu Dandan, Li Xianglan. This standard was first issued in 1989 as JB/TQ823-89, and the standard number was adjusted to JB/T5312394 in September 1994. 1

This standard specifies the quality grades, test methods and sampling evaluation methods of plastic circular loom products. This standard applies to the quality grades of plastic circular loom products specified in JB/T5290. 2 Referenced Standards

3 Product Quality Grade
Plastic circular loom products are divided into three grades according to their quality level and use value: qualified products, first-class products and superior products. In addition to complying with the provisions of JB/T5290, the assessment items and index requirements of each grade of plastic circular loom products shall also comply with the provisions of Table 1. 4 Test methods
Product test methods shall comply with the provisions of JB/T5290. 5 Sampling and evaluation methods
5.1 The sampled products must be products that have been inspected and qualified by the inspection department of the manufacturer and put into storage, or batch products that have not been unpacked by the user after leaving the factory. The sample for random inspection shall be greater than 2 units, and all test items shall be tested once. 5.2 To evaluate the product quality grade, it must meet the technical requirements of all assessment items of the grade, otherwise the grade shall be determined according to the lowest index achieved. The assessment indicators are shown in Table 1.
