3 General Terms
3.sqzrechiel rill
A total tool (connected) composed of a drill bit and a hollow drill. 3.1. Drill
It is composed of a handle, a cutting part, a protruding part, etc., and then drills and cuts holes and holes in a certain shape. According to the cutting part, it can be divided into a spiral head and a spiral rail head
3.1.1.1 Aug drill
The front part of the drill bit is a circular support, and its body is wound around a spiral. The cutting edge is formed at the end. The cutting edge at the end is a very short spiral cutting line (Figure 2). 3.1.1.2 Rotary Drilling. The active cutting part of the drill is cut out on the round rod in two opposite directions, and the two halves form two cutting edges at the bottom (Figure 2). The cutting part of the drill is cut out on the round rod in a line, and a cutting edge is formed at the end (Figure 3). 3.1.2 Hollow Hallaway The shank, shoulder, cutting edge, chip outlet and cutting edge are used to make the hole into a square hole (Figure 4). 4.1 Structural elements of the drill head 4.1.1 Shank See GB/T14897.1, 3.2, Figure 2.
4.1.2 Cutting part
includes the cutting part and the pin tip part (Fig. 2). 4.7.3 Cutting part cut ring Pa
See GB/T 14857, 1, Article 3.5.

Competition utrinart
Including straight blade and cutting edge: responsible for the main cutting work: blade
Used to shape the end of the hole due to cutting (Fig. 4). 4.2.4
(Cutting edge)
The main hollow end has a slanted cutting edge, and the cutting edge shape is a part of a hyperbola (Fig. 4). 4.2.5 The rectange
is between the straight blade and the handle (Fig. 4). 4.2.6 The chip opening
There is one or more long grooves between the first chip and the shoulder of the curved tool to discharge the chips (Fig. 4). 4.2.7 The original situation eh:p breaker
On the hollow chisel blade, there are four surface-processed core-shaped edges (Figure 5.5 Square chisel angle parameter terminology
5.1 Drill bit angle parameters
5.1.1 Helix angle m;hchxEngle
The intersection of the head surface and the handle is the end energy line. The angle between the spiral line and the drill bit axis is the spiral angle, and its size is determined by the lead 2 (Figure 2)
and the radius R, tg=

Terminology of square chisel dimensions 6.1 Standard dimensions 6.1.1 Overall length (n) nverall lengihmm
The distance between the plane through the drill tip and perpendicular to the drill line and the plane through the shank end and perpendicular to the axis (Figure 3), 6.1.2 Length (L:) fute length
See GB/T14817.4 Section 4.5 (Figure 3). 61.3 Drill diameter () drillciameterm
The distance between the outer surface of the cutting edge and the outer side of the cutting edge measured directly through the end of the drill bit (GB 3a) 6.1.4 Shank diameter (,) Shank diameter The round diameter of the drill body (Figure 3a) 6.1.5 Point length hradl piaimlengihmm
The distance between the drill tip and the main cutting edge (Fig. %). 6.1.6 Lead (5) lead
