4 Design requirements
4.1 Basic conditions
GB/T15759—1995
4.1.1 The anthropometric terms involved in the standard are consistent with GB3975. 4.1.2 The basic postures and data collection methods used in the standard are consistent with GB5703. 4.1.3 The design dimensions adopt the dimensions of the naked human body wearing shoes, and each height dimension is increased by 25mm heel height on the height dimension in GB10000.
4.2 Height grade classification
The height grade of men and women is determined according to the numerical values of the human height distribution specified in GB10000. See 4.2.1
Table 1 for the percentile distribution of height for men and women.
Table 1 Percentile distribution of height
Percentile
4.2.2 The human body template is divided into four levels according to the different height sizes of the human body. The first level uses the Pth percentile height of women; the second level uses the overlapping value of the Pth percentile height of women and the Pth percentile height of men; the third level uses the overlapping value of the Pth percentile height of women and the Pth percentile height of men; the fourth level uses the Pth percentile height of men. 4.2. 3 The human body size diagram is shown in Figure 1, and the template design size data is shown in Table 2. 3.3

4.3.1 All template joints are simplified to a fixed rotation point. 4.3.2 The rotation angle of the joints complies with the provisions of 3.3 of GB/T14779. 4.4 Design drawing of human body template
4.4.1 The design drawing of template shall show the adjustment range of human body surface, component structure, skeletal joints and joint angles. 4.4.2 The design drawing of template shall meet the requirements of geometric drawing and be understood and applied by users. 4.4.3 The design drawings of human body templates of four business levels are shown in Appendix A (reference). 5 Use of template
5.1 According to the provisions of GB/T12985, human body templates corresponding to different height levels shall be reasonably selected. 5.2 The template shall be reasonably used according to the typical working posture. 5.3 Chain-type multi-joint movement shall be considered in the use of template. For example, the movement of the spine will be completed by the rotation of the waist joint and the thoracic joint. 5.4 The general ratio of 11:10 shall be adopted for the design of template size. The ratio of 15:11 and 18:4 may also be adopted in special occasions.
5.5 According to different installations, reasonable margin shall be added to the template size. Reference data is shown in Appendix B (reference). Hand center point
