Marking place GB 11586---89 ZC 23D-450 Q255-A Array number GB 5676—85 5.2 The surface of the cast fairlead should be smooth and free of sand adhesion, cracks, shrinkage cavities, cold shut scars, alluvial layers and other defects that affect strength and appearance. For fairleads connected by bending the crawler plate, the weld quality assurance is not allowed to have cracks, warping, skewness and defects that hinder use. Sharp edges must be chamfered. All types of fairleads should be annealed. After the fairlead is inspected, the surface should be coated with a second coat of asphalt paint or equivalent anti-rust material. The fairlead should be inspected and accepted by the technical inspection department of the manufacturer, and a certificate of conformity shall be issued after passing the inspection. Each fairlead shall be marked with the following marks after acceptance: a. Manufacturer name or logo; Product type or logo number, such as AP310 GR 11586—89; Production month or batch number: Inspection pass stamp.
