Introduction to standards:

This standard specifies the basic parameters, types and dimensions, technical requirements, lubrication, test methods and inspection rules of single-stage shaft-mounted arc cylindrical worm reducers. This standard reducer (including three series, SCWU, SCWS, and SCWO) is directly installed on the main shaft of the working machine and is mainly used for reduction transmission of mechanical equipment such as metallurgy, mining, lifting, transportation, chemical industry, and construction. The speed of the worm gear shaft of the reducer does not exceed 1500r/min. The working environment temperature of the reducer is -40~40℃. When the working environment temperature is lower than 0℃. The worm shaft of the reducer can run in both forward and reverse directions. This standard specifies the basic parameters, type and technical requirements, lubrication, test methods and inspection rules of single-stage shaft-mounted arc cylindrical worm reducers (hereinafter referred to as reducers). This standard reducer (including three series, SCWUSCWS and SCWO) is directly installed on the main shaft of the working machine and should be used in the reduction transmission of mechanical equipment such as metallurgy, mining, lifting, transportation, chemical industry, and construction. The speed of the worm shaft of the reducer does not exceed 1500r/min. The operating environment temperature of the reducer is - 40 ~ 40 ℃, and the working environment temperature is lower than 0 (when the lubrication oil must be heated to above) ℃ before starting
