The general file structure of marine survey data consists of the following parts: header part, data content part and tail part. 3.3.1 Header part: including country, survey agency, survey ship, survey plan, voyage number, station number, section number, longitude, latitude, observation time, survey environment conditions, level and instrument. 3.3.2 Data content part: neat survey data. 3.3.3 Tail part: including file submitting unit, production unit, producer, reviewer, file production date and other items. 4 Processing of marine survey data
4.1 Machine-readable carrier

4.2 Recording and coding of marine survey data
4-2.1 Consistency between report form and magnetic recording format For reports that do not specify magnetic recording format, magnetic carrier files can be used for recording according to the items, sequence, and number of digits required by the corresponding report format. Magnetic carrier files and reports have the same effect, and magnetic carrier files should be used first when possible. Report forms do not need to be provided when magnetic carrier files are provided.
4.2.2 General rules for recording

4.3 Marine Survey Data Report
4.3.1 Preparation of Report
4.3..1.1 Marine survey personnel should prepare marine survey data reports item by item according to the provisions of this standard. 4.3.1.2 Before filling in the data, the original record sheet should be fully reviewed. If suspicious data is found, it should be carefully checked. The corresponding quality code should be filled in the report according to the regulations.
4. 3.1.3 The copying and proofreading system must be strictly followed, and the report must be checked and proofread. For special circumstances, they must be explained and recorded in the remarks column.
4.3.1.4 The filling of the report must be carried out in accordance with the provisions of B12763.1. If each report is revised more than three times, it should be re-compiled. 4.3.1.5 The copyist, proofreader, and reviewer must sign in the corresponding column to show responsibility. 4.3.2 Report specifications

4.5 Recording and information conversion
The machine-readable file records of ocean survey data are recorded in Expanded Base-Decimal Interchange Code (EBCDIC) or American Standard Code for Information Interchange (ASCII). Other record codes must be converted to the above codes. 4.6 Primary data products
Calculation results for preliminary analysis are calculated from survey data; graphical results for preliminary analysis are drawn from internal survey data. 5 Quality control in the process of ocean survey data processing 5.1 Data inspection
5.1.1 Professional technicians familiar with data work should be organized to conduct manual review of the data. 5.1.2 Automatic quality control of data by computer includes: illegal code, error code, possible variation of this element, uniqueness, rationality, relevance, chart inspection, etc.
5. 2 Data acceptance
5.2.1 Before data entry, the entry procedure needs to be checked; after the entry is completed, the data is batch sampled and checked. 5.2.2 The sampling rate shall not be less than 5% of the input amount. The bit error rate (character count) is less than 1/10,000 for qualified, 1/50,000 for good, and 100,000 for excellent.
5.2.3 Unqualified batch data should be rechecked or re-entered as appropriate until the sampling is qualified. 5.3 Requirements for the selection of data processing methods
5.3.1 The error introduced by the selected data processing method shall not exceed the error standard specified for obtaining the original data. 5.3.2 When describing the ocean elements in time and space, the selected time and space steps must be able to reflect the objective laws of the changes in the elements. 6 The management and archiving of marine survey data
shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of this regulation and GB12763.1. 6.1 Management of marine survey data
The national unified management policy must be implemented to maintain the national ownership of marine survey data. 6.2 Archiving of marine survey data
6.2.1 The submission and archiving of marine survey data are one of the marine survey duties that marine survey personnel must perform. After the marine survey is completed, it should be archived in accordance with the National Archives Law and relevant regulations. GB 12763. 791
6.2.2 Archiving methods can be staged and summarized. The former is a staged archive of long-term surveys; the latter refers to the archiving of all documents and data in the process after the marine survey is completed. 6.2.3 The archiving of marine survey data must be accepted by the corresponding archives and data management department, and only after the stamp is stamped can the completion of this duty be recognized.
6.2.4 Those who have not completed the archiving cannot be evaluated and reviewed. The evaluation and review of the results can only be carried out after receiving the archiving certificate or receipt of the corresponding level of archives and data management department. 6.2.5 All archived marine survey data and related files can be released to the public after obtaining the consent of the original survey unit or after the original preservation period has expired. Part II Marine hydrological, meteorological and chemical data In the marine survey, the means of collecting marine hydrological, meteorological and chemical data include buoys, aircraft and satellite remote sensing. In addition to professional survey ships, non-professional ships are also used for survey. For ship survey data, satellite remote sensing data tape format and rate standard data, please see Appendix B, D and D.
7 Marine hydrological survey data
7.1 Marine hydrological report form 1\ Marine hydrological survey comprehensive report form (format see Table 1) 7.1.1 This form should be filled in for all marine comprehensive surveys. 7.1.2 When a station has multiple instruments to survey temperature and salinity at the same time, the priority of filling in this form is: reverse thermometer, CTD, other instruments. 7.1.3 "Instrument" refers to the instrument used to investigate temperature and salinity. Leave a blank in this column and fill in 1 to 2 in order of priority. 7.1.4 * Water temperature accuracy: According to the three-level standard of water temperature investigation and measurement error of no more than ±0.02°C, ±0.05°C and ±0.2°C, fill in 1, 2, and 3 in sequence. 7.1.5 "Salinity accuracy: According to the three-level standard of water temperature investigation and measurement error of no more than ±0.02, ±0.05, and ±0.2°C, fill in 1, 2, and 3 in sequence. 7.1.6 "Number of observation layers" refers to the number of layers of measured temperature and salinity: 7.1.7 For underwater elements, only the left column of the report should be filled in. When the left column is filled in, fill in the right column. When there is not enough space on the page, fill in the form in sequence on a separate sheet of paper.
7.1.8 When using magnetic media to record, it should be noted that for each "3" type record of underwater elements, only the depth, water temperature and salinity of one measured layer should be recorded.
7.1.9 "Temperature scale identification" refers to the 1968 International Practical Temperature Scale (this column is left blank) or the 1990 International Humidity Scale (this column is field 1). 7.2 "Seawater Report-2"—Comprehensive marine hydrological, meteorological and chemical survey report (format see Table 2) 7.2.1 Conduct comprehensive marine hydrological, meteorological and chemical surveys Fill in this table only after checking.
