This Standard This standard specifies the types and basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of welded strip sieve plates. This standard applies to welded strip sieve plates (hereinafter referred to as sieve plates) used in screening machines such as fixed screens and vibrating screens. 2 Reference standards GB2828 Batch inspection counting sampling procedures and sampling tables (applicable to inspection of continuous batches) Types and basic parameters 3.1 The sieve plate consists of sieve bars, support bars, frames and other units. 4.1 The sieve plate shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.2 The sieve strips, support bars, and frame materials used to manufacture the sieve plate shall be specified in the order contract. 4.3 All welds on the sieve plate shall be firmly welded and fully welded, and no desoldering shall occur. 4.4 The limit deviation of the screen bar back width b shall comply with the provisions of Table 2, 2

The raw material wire used to manufacture the sieve plate should have a quality certificate from the supplier. If there is no certificate, the sieve plate manufacturer should inspect the raw materials and only qualified ones can be used.
5.2 The appearance of the sieve plate welding is visually inspected.
5.3 The back width of the screen bar is measured with a micrometer with a scale value of 0.01mm. 5.4 The roughness of the working surface of the screen bar is visually compared with the roughness sample block. 3

5.5 The screen gap of the screen plate is measured in three parts on the screen surface with a feeler gauge or a reading microscope. Each part should be evenly distributed on the screen surface. When the screen gap is smaller than or equal to 1.5mm, 100 screen gaps are measured continuously in each part. When the screen gap is greater than 1.5mm, 50~100 gaps are measured continuously in each part. 5.6 The length and width deviation of the screen plate and the error of the two diagonals are measured with a steel tape measure with a scale value of 1mm. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 The sieve plate shall be inspected before leaving the factory, and the following items shall be provided: The raw material metal wire of the sieve plate shall have the quality certificate of the supplier or the physical and chemical test records of the raw materials conducted by the manufacturer: a.
The dimensional deviation of the back width of the screen bar shall meet the requirements of Table 2; b.
The roughness of the working surface of the screen bar shall meet the requirements of Article 4.6; c.
d. The sieve plate slit shall meet the requirements of Table 3;
The length and width deviation of the screen plate and the error of the two diagonals shall meet the requirements of Table 4. e.
2 The user has the right to accept the product according to this standard, and the acceptance shall adopt a one-time or two-time sampling plan, and the plan shall meet the requirements of GB2828. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
7.1 Marking
7.1.1 The factory products shall have a product certificate, which includes: a. Product name;
b, product model or mark;
Factory date or production date;
Inspection date and inspection personnel's stamp;
Manufacturer name.
7.1.2 The surface of the product outer packaging shall indicate:
Receiving station name, receiving unit;
Shipping station name, shipping number;
C. Product name, quantity, specifications:
d. Manufacturer name.
7.2 Packaging
7.2.1 The outer packaging of the product can be made of wooden boxes or other packaging materials. 7.2.2 Each outer packaging shall be accompanied by a product certificate. 7.3 Transportation and storage
7.3.1 Rain and moisture-proof measures should be taken during transportation
7.3.2 The product should be stored in a dry and non-corrosive place. 8 Manufacturing guarantee
8.1 The manufacturer should ensure that the product meets the requirements of this standard when it leaves the factory. 8.2 If the user complies with the storage, installation and reasonable use rules, the manufacturer shall be responsible for repairing or replacing the screen plate if it is damaged or cannot be used normally within 6 months from the date of shipment from the manufacturer and within 3 months of being put into use.
