No cracks or wrinkles, and the main parts should not be loose. 4.3.3 The coating of the finished leather should be even and firm, and the nap of the suede leather should be even and the color should be basically consistent. 5 Test methods 5.1 Air conditioning The sample shall be air-conditioned according to GB/T4689.2. 5.2 Finished product thickness Measured according to GB/T4691. 5.3 Physical and chemical performance tests 5.3.1 Color fastness to rubbing: Tested according to QB/T1327. 5.3.2 Other items shall be tested according to GB/T4689. 5.4 Appearance inspection Inspect by sense organs at a clear viewing distance under natural light. 6 Inspection rules 6.1 Batch Products of the same variety produced by the same batch of raw materials and the same production process constitute an inspection batch. 6.2 Factory Inspection 6.2.1 Products must be inspected before leaving the factory. They can only leave the factory after passing the inspection and accompanied by a certificate of conformity. 6. 2.2 Inspection items: appearance inspection, coating folding fastness. 6.2.2.1 Appearance inspection: Inspect each sheet (piece) according to the provisions of Article 4.3. 6.2.2.2 Coating folding fastness: Randomly select 3 sheets (pieces) from all qualified products in the appearance inspection and conduct the inspection according to the provisions of 5.3.2. 6.2.3 Qualification judgment: The appearance inspection shall all comply with the provisions of Article 4.3. In the coating folding fastness inspection, if only 1 sheet (piece) out of 3 sheets (pieces) does not meet the requirements of coating folding fastness in Table 2, the batch of products shall be judged to be qualified. If 2 sheets (pieces) or more do not meet the requirements of coating folding fastness in Table 2, double sampling shall be taken for re-inspection of the item. If 2 sheets (pieces) or more still do not meet the requirements of the item during the re-inspection, the batch of products shall be judged to be unqualified. 6.3 Type inspection 6.3.1 Type inspection shall be conducted in any of the following cases. When the raw materials, main process or agent are changed; a. b. When the product is resumed after a long-term suspension: When the national quality and technical supervision agency proposes a requirement for type inspection; c. In normal production, at least a type test shall be conducted every six months. d. 6.3.2 Sampling quantity: Randomly select 5 sheets (pieces) from the inspected products and conduct all appearance inspections, of which 3 sheets (pieces) shall be tested for physical and chemical properties. 6.3.3 Qualification judgment 6.3.3.1 Principles for judging a single sheet (piece) If the folding fastness of the coating in Table 2 is unqualified, the sheet (piece) shall be judged as unqualified. If three or more of the other items in the technical requirements are unqualified, the sheet (piece) shall be judged as unqualified. 6.3.3.2 Batch determination principle If 2 or more samples are unqualified among 5 samples, 10 samples will be doubled for re-test. All 10 samples will be inspected for appearance, and 6 samples will be inspected for physical and chemical properties.
