This standard applies to toothed bar forage seed desilting machines and also to toothed bar vegetable seed desilting machines. Reference standards GB6142 GB1801 3 Technical requirements Main cultivated forage grass seeds of Gramineae Quality grading tolerance and matching size to 500mm hole, shaft tolerance zone and matching Technical conditions of high-quality carbon structural steel Painting of agricultural machinery Product label General technical requirements Forage seed awn removers shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. The materials used in the manufacture of awn removers must comply with the provisions of relevant national standards and industry standards. The parts and components used in awn removers shall be inspected and qualified, and the purchased parts shall be assembled only with product certificates. There shall be an observation hole at the feeding inlet of the awn remover to observe the filling degree of the material in the awn remover chamber. A valve for maintenance and cleaning shall be provided on the upper part of the awn remover chamber. The valve shall be well sealed when closed, and no dust shall be sprayed during operation. 3.2 Main performance indicators 3.2.1 The quality of the primary processed materials shall not be lower than the third grade specified in GB6142. When the moisture content meets the requirements of the above standards, the seeds after processing shall meet the following requirements: a. The awn removal rate shall not be less than 92%; b. The total loss rate shall not be greater than 2.0%, of which the breakage rate shall not be greater than 1.5%;c. The seed purity after awn removal shall not be lower than the first grade specified in GB6142 (referring to the awn removal machine with its own wind selection system);d. The kilowatt-hour productivity shall not be less than 45.0kg/(kWh). 3.2.2 The temperature of the seeds after processing shall not be higher than 40℃. 3.2.3 The noise shall not be greater than 85dB (A). 3.2.4 The dust concentration shall not be greater than 10mg/m2. 3.2.5 The operation time before the first failure shall not be less than 150h. 3.3 Technical requirements for main parts After the inner plate is formed, the flatness tolerance is ±1mm. 3.3.2 The dimensional accuracy of the gear rod assembly hole on the main shaft of the awn remover should be H8 as specified in GB1801. Approved by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry on May 18, 1991 and implemented on January 1, 1992 JB/T5158-1991 The main shaft and gear rod of the awn remover should be made of 45# steel with mechanical properties not lower than those specified in GB699. 3.3.3 3.3.4 The dimensional accuracy of the matching part between the gear rod and the main shaft hole should be d8 as specified in GB1801. 3.4 Technical requirements for assembly After the gear rod is assembled, the gap with the two side walls of the shell should be consistent, with a gap of 14~16mm; the gap with the bottom of the shell is 9~11mm. 3.4.1 After the material outlet valve of the awn remover is assembled, it should slide freely without obstruction. When closed, the gap should not be greater than 1mm. The gear rod should be firmly installed and the tightening torque should not be less than 80Nm. The main shaft of the awn remover should rotate flexibly without obstruction. The valve of the bag loader should be flexible to open and close, and no seeds should leak out when closed. For awn removers with self-cleaning systems, the locking devices of each air volume adjustment valve must be reliable. 3.4.7 Under normal load, the main shaft bearing temperature of the awn remover shall not exceed 60℃. 3.5 Safety requirements 3.5.1 Exposed rotating parts should be equipped with safety protection covers. 3.5.2 The upper part of the feeding device of the awn remover should be equipped with a grille. 3.6 Appearance quality The painting of the awn remover should comply with the quality indicators of TQ-1-BP or TQ-1-NP in NJ/Z3. 3.6.1 The color of the safety cover and rotating parts is obviously different from the main body color, and the galvanized iron parts are not painted. The pipe of the awn remover is not allowed to be damaged or dented, and the curling interface is not allowed to have burrs. The main body of the awn remover should be smooth and flat, and no burrs or welding slag are allowed. The paint is not allowed to be damaged after painting. 4 Inspection rules 4.1 Factory inspection 4.1.1 Each product must be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer before it can be shipped. 4.1.2 Before leaving the factory, each awn remover should be tested for idling at the rated speed for no less than 30 minutes and meet the following requirements: a. The machine runs smoothly without abnormal sounds; b. The control system is accurate and reliable, and the adjustment mechanism is flexible; c. There is no looseness in the fastening parts. 4.1.3 Other requirements should comply with the provisions of Articles 3.4.1 to 3.4.4 and Article 3.6.4 of this standard. 4.2 Type inspection 4.2.1 Type inspection shall be conducted in any of the following cases: a. Trial design and identification of new products or old products transferred to the factory for production; b. After formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; c. During normal production, type inspection shall be conducted every three years; d. When the product is resumed after a production stoppage of more than two years; e. When there is a significant difference between the factory inspection results and the last type inspection; f. When the national quality supervision agency proposes a type inspection requirement. 4.2.2 Type inspection shall be conducted in accordance with the items specified in Articles 3.2 to 3.6 of this standard. 4.2.3 The sampling inspection batch is 9 to 15 units, from which two units are randomly selected. 2 JB/T 5158-1991 A total of 10 items, including awn removal rate, total loss rate, seed temperature after processing, 3.5.1 and 3.5.2, must all be qualified; if no more than 6 items are unqualified among the other 38 items, the batch of products is judged to be qualified. Otherwise, the batch of products is judged to be unqualified. 5 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage 5.1 Marking A sign should be fixed in a conspicuous position on each awn removal machine, and the size and technical requirements of the sign should comply with the relevant provisions of JB8.
