Comprehensive verification can only be carried out after passing the verification. 3.2 Comprehensive verification items a. Temperature error, b. Temperature change rate: c. Amplitude indication error: Acceleration waveform distortion: e. Lateral vibration; Table amplitude uniformity. Approved by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry of the People's Republic of China on February 28, 1989 and implemented on January 1, 1990 8.3 Main instruments for calibration GB 51T0.1989 The main instruments for calibration shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB5170.1~5170.3 and GB5170.13~5170.15. The accelerometer shall be calibrated at the corresponding calibration temperature. The calibration result shall meet the accuracy requirements specified in the relevant standards. Note: If the accelerometer cannot be calibrated at the corresponding calibration temperature, it shall be stated in the calibration report. 4 Calibration method The comprehensive calibration is carried out under no-load conditions. 4.1 Number and arrangement of test points The number and arrangement of test points of the temperature box (room) and the alarm station shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB5170.1~5170.3 and GB5170.13~5170.15. 4,2 Determination of verification temperature value and verification frequency value 4.2.1 Verification temperature value There are three verification temperature values: the first is 15~35℃, the second is the extreme nominal low temperature value of the temperature box (room) or the representative nominal temperature point specified in GB2423.1, and the third is the extreme nominal high temperature value of the temperature box (room) or the representative nominal temperature point specified in GB2423.2. 4.2.2 Verification frequency value The selection of verification frequency value shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB5170.13~5170.15. 4.3 Verification steps Combine the temperature box (room) and the moving table into a comprehensive test equipment, and arrange the temperature sensor and acceleration sensor respectively according to the provisions of Article 4.1 of this standard. The comprehensive verification procedure is as follows. 4.3.1 Moving verification at normal temperature The temperature in the working space of the temperature box (room) is maintained at 15~35°C, start the vibration table, and test and verify the amplitude indication error, acceleration waveform distortion, lateral vibration and table amplitude uniformity of the vibration table according to the provisions of GB 5170.13~5170.15. 4,3.2 Temperature error and temperature change rate of low temperature (or high temperature) without moving Delay the temperature box (room) to cool down (or heat up) to the specified verification temperature value. When the temperature of the geometric center point of the working space reaches the set temperature value for the first time, record the time for the geometric center point to cool down (or heat up) from room temperature (15~35℃) to the verification temperature value. At the same time, the temperature box (room) is allowed to stabilize at this calibration temperature for 60 minutes, and then the temperature error is tested. During the test, the temperature of each test point is recorded every 2 minutes, and a total of 15 tests are conducted within 30 minutes. 4.8.3 Temperature/vibration comprehensive verification After the verification of Article 4.3.2 of this standard, the vibration table is vibrated, during which the amplitude indication error, acceleration waveform distortion, transverse vibration and table surface amplitude uniformity of the vibration table are tested and verified according to the provisions of GB5170.13~5170.15. While testing the performance of the vibration table, the temperature error of the working space of the temperature box (room) is tested, and the temperature of each test point is recorded every 2 minutes during the test. According to the requirements of relevant standards, the comprehensive verification time of temperature and vibration should generally be no less than 30 minutes. The low temperature/vibration comprehensive verification procedure diagram is in accordance with Figure 1, the high temperature/vibration comprehensive verification procedure diagram is in accordance with Figure 2; the high and low temperature/vibration comprehensive verification procedure diagram is in accordance with Figure 3.
