Implemented on January 1, 1992
Chemical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China
Technical Requirements for Akron Abrasion Machines
Subject Content and Scope of Application
This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods and inspection specifications for Akron Abrasion Machines. This standard applies to Akron abrasion machine
2 Reference standards
GB2611 General technical requirements for testing machines
3 Structure and characteristics
The structure is shown in the figure
HG/T207391
1-Motor; 2-Reducer; 3-Rubber wheel shaft; 4-Pressure fine-tuning block; 5-Brush: 6-Base code; 7-Base code support frame: 8-Grinding wheel; 9-Counter: 10-Angle adjustment screw 3.2 The motor drives the reducer to make the standard rubber wheel sample drive the grinding wheel to rotate in the clockwise direction. 3.3 The counter automatically records the number of grinding wheel rotations and stops according to the pre-set number 3.4 The pressure adjustment mechanism composed of the pressure fine-tuning block, brush, base code, magnetic code support frame and grinding wheel can produce the specified force on the rubber wheel.
3:5 The angle adjustment bolt can adjust the angle between the rubber wheel shaft and the grinding wheel shaft. 3.6 The support frame must be flexible.
3.7 Grinding wheel specifications: the abrasive is aluminum oxide, the particle size is 36, the adhesive is clay, the hardness is medium hard 2, and the size is 150mm×32mm×25mm.
3.8 The diameter of the sample clamp is 56mm and its thickness is 12mm. 3.9 When the angle between the rubber wheel shaft and the grinding wheel shaft is zero degrees, the two shafts should remain parallel and horizontal. Approved by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People’s Republic of China on July 6, 1991 and implemented on January 1, 1992
4 Technical requirements
4.1 Normal working conditions of the testing machine
HG/T2073—91
The surrounding environment is free of vibration and corrosive media; b.
The ambient temperature is 10~35℃
The relative humidity is 30%~85%;
The error of the power supply voltage is +10% of the rated voltage. 4.2 The force acting on the rubber wheel is 26.7N.
The rotation speed of the rubber wheel shaft is 76±2r/min. The rotation speed of the grinding wheel shaft is 33~35r/min
The adjustable range of the angle between the rubber wheel shaft and the grinding wheel shaft is 0°~45°4.5
4.6The noise level of the testing machine should not exceed 75dB (A)4.7The appearance and electrical (performance requirements should comply with the provisions of GB2611.4.8Transport shock resistance
The testing machine should be able to withstand the shock test without damage under the packaging conditions. The testing machine after the shock should still meet the requirements of this standard without adjustment.
5Test method
The test should be carried out under the conditions specified in Article 4.1.5.1Test equipment
Magnetic code 26.7N;
Akron wear machine angle measuring instrument, division 2, accuracy ±2'; b
c. Stopwatch;
d. Test Bracket.
5.2 Rubber wheel force test
Fix the test bracket on the factory testing machine, adjust the height of the fixed pulley on the bracket, make the rubber wheel shaft and the grinding wheel shaft of the fixed pulley guide groove bottom horse on the same horizontal line, then wrap the rope around the grinding wheel, one end of which is hung with a 26.7N base code through the fixed pulley, and put the rubber scraps removal brush in working condition. The position of the force fine-tuning block can be adjusted to make the rubber wheel and the grinding wheel in a tangential contact state, or the corresponding force measuring device can be used to place the rubber wheel at the force position, and the measured force should be 26.7N. 5.3 Rubber wheel shaft and grinding wheel rotation speed test
Start the testing machine, use a stopwatch to measure the rotation speed of the rubber wheel shaft and the grinding wheel shaft, measure three times, and take the arithmetic mean. 5.4 Test of the adjustable range of the angle between the rubber wheel shaft and the grinding wheel shaft Adjust the testing machine to a horizontal state, adjust the angle adjustment screw Bolt, use Akron wear machine angle measuring instrument to measure the angle between the rubber wheel axis and the grinding wheel axis. The adjustable range is 0°~45
5.5 Noise test
5.5.1 Noise measurement method
The sound level meter faces the south source and is parallel to the horizontal plane: b.
The distance between the sound level meter and the test machine is 1m;
The height from the ground is 1.5m;
d. The measurement points are at least four points around the test machine, and the maximum value measured at each measurement point is the test machine noise sound pressure level. 5.52 Test data processing
When measuring noise, the background (environmental) noise should be measured first, and its value should be at least 10dB (A) lower than the sound pressure level when the test machine noise is measured. If the difference is 3dB (A), the measurement is invalid. If the difference is 3~9dB (A), correct it according to the table below. 2
In the table: L
-noise sound pressure level during measurement:
-background noise sound pressure level;
HG/T2073
AL——corrected value, noise pressure level is L,-AL. 5.6 Appearance and electrical performance test
Test according to the requirements of GB2611.
5.7 Bump test
After the product is packaged, it is run on a third-class highway at a speed of 30-40km/h by a carrying vehicle for 200km. Without adjustment, it is tested according to the technical requirements of this standard and should meet the requirements. Inspection rules
Each test machine must be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department and accompanied by quality certification documents before it can leave the factory. Test items:
6.2.1 Test machines are divided into factory tests and type tests. a.
Factory test is to be carried out item by item according to 4.2~4.7; type test is to be carried out item by item according to 4.2~4.8. 6.2.2
Type test is to be carried out in the following cases:
New products (including old products converted); major changes in product design, process or materials and supporting components used; regular spot check of batch-produced products; quality evaluation of similar products.
6.2.3 Sampling:
Type test is to be carried out regularly, usually once a year, with no less than 2 units each time. 6.2.4 Judgment rules
Products undergoing factory test, if there are unqualified items, can be repaired once and sent for re-inspection. If there are still unqualified items, the product is judged as unqualified. a.
The product is judged as unqualified;
b. Type test is carried out on the products that have passed the factory test. If one unit fails in the random inspection, it can be repaired once; if two units fail in the same item, the batch of products is judged to be unqualified. 7 Marking and packaging
7.1 Each test machine should have a nameplate, including: test machine name, model, factory date, number, manufacturer name 7.2 The test machine should be firmly fixed in the packaging box to ensure that it does not move in any direction during transportation. 7.3 Marking on the outside of the packaging box
Manufacturer name, test machine name, model and factory number; consignee and address;
Box size, gross weight and words such as "upward" and "lightly". Additional remarks:
