This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of general-purpose polyurethane I avoidance adhesives.

Standard solutions, preparations and products required in the test. Unless otherwise specified, the preparation shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB/T601 and GB/T603. 4.1. Determination of appearance. 4.2. Determination of non-volatile content. According to the provisions of GB/T2793, the test temperature of amino adhesive is 105°C. 4.3. Determination of viscosity. 4.3.1. Method A. According to the provisions of Method A-rotational viscometer method in GB/T 2794. The rotor is No. 1 rotor, and the speed is 12r/min. 4.3.2. Method B. 4.4.2.1 Weigh 1.5~2 g of the sample (accurate to 0.0002 g) and pour them into a 250 mL iodine volumetric flask. Transfer 20 mL of toluene-dibutylamine solution into the iodine volumetric flask, shake well and place at room temperature for 20 min. Seal the flask with a small amount of isopropyl alcohol, dilute with 50 L isopropyl alcohol, add 3~4 drops of bromocresol green indicator, and titrate with 0.5 mol/L hydrochloric acid standard solution until it turns yellow. Perform a blank test in the same way. 4, 4, 2, 2. Perform a second determination. Place the test piece on the fixture, apply a pressure of 50kPa, and heat it in a constant temperature drying oven to 100±2℃ and keep it for 4h. Then naturally cool.

Precautions
A. 1'Components A and B can be used after mixing. The more component B, the higher the temperature and the faster the curing. Therefore, the amount of glue should be strictly controlled. It should not be too much to avoid waste caused by failure. A, 2 The small amount of isocyanate contained in component B is a toxic substance. Its vapor escape will irritate the eyes and respiratory tract, and seriously cause tears and coughing. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen good ventilation and exhaust in the workplace, pay attention to labor protection, A. 3 This product contains a large amount of organic solvents. Avoid contact with extreme temperatures and open flames when using it. Pay attention to ventilation.
