This standard applies to ultrasonic cleaning machines for oral liquid bottles and antibiotic bottles (hereinafter referred to as cleaning machines). 2 Normative reference documents

4.1 Working conditions
4.1.1 Ambient temperature: 18℃~28℃.
4.1.2 Ambient air cleanliness: Class 100,000. 4.1.3 Cleaning water source: Comply with the relevant regulations in the "Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China" (2000 edition), the pressure is 0.2MPa~0.4MPa. 4.1.4 Cleaning gas source: After oil removal, water removal and purification treatment, the pressure is 0.35MPa~0.5MPa. 4.1.5 The temperature of the cleaning fluid should be automatically controlled between 40°C and 60°C. 4.2 Material requirements
4.2.1 The parts in the cleaning machine that come into contact with water should be made of stainless, non-toxic, corrosion-resistant and chemically stable materials, and have corresponding material certificates.
4.3 Appearance requirements
4.3.1 The outer surface of the cleaning machine should be flat and smooth, without defects such as unevenness, burrs and obvious scratches. 4.3.2 The nameplates, warning signs, function identification marks and grounding symbols installed on the cleaning machine should be complete and effective, durable, clear and easy to remember.
4.4 Structural requirements
4.4.1 The water and gas purification filters in the cleaning machine should use environmentally friendly filters. 4.4.2 Argon arc welding is used for pipeline welding, and pipeline connections should be easy to clean. 4.4.3 The cleaning station should have a sink and be equipped with a transparent shield. 4.4.4 The cleaning machine should have drainage and exhaust ports; the sink should be equipped with a drain valve. 4.4.5 The working surface of the cleaning machine should have a vertical height adjustment device and a connection transition device. 4.5 Functional requirements
4.5.1 The cleaning machine should meet the production speed requirements, and the speed is adjustable within the specified range. 4.5.2 Control function: control speed.
4.5.3 Display function: display production speed and total output, display temperature and pressure of cleaning fluid. 4.5.4 Interlock function: When the pressure and temperature of the disinfectant fluid do not reach the set values, the machine should not be turned on. 4.6.3 During the operation of the cleaning machine, the transmission device should ensure that the bottles enter the bottle washing station accurately, and the whole machine operates stably and reliably without bottle jamming.
4.6.4. The surface of the cleaned bottle has no stains, flow marks and thin layer of gloss. After filling the antibiotic bottle with water for injection, there should be no foreign matter in the bottle. Clarity should comply with the relevant requirements in the "Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China" (2000 edition). 4.6.5 The damage rate should not be greater than 0.5%.
4.7 Electrical system safety requirements
4.7.1 The continuity of the protective grounding circuit of the electrical system shall comply with the provisions of 19.2 in GB5226.1-2002. 4.7.2 The insulation resistance of the electrical system should comply with the provisions of 19.3 in GB5226.1-2002. 4.7.3 The withstand voltage of the electrical system shall comply with the provisions of 19.4 in CB5226.1-2002. 4.7.4 The protective grounding circuit of the electrical system should comply with the provisions of 8.2 in GB5226.1-2002. 4.7.5 The buttons of the electrical system should comply with the provisions of 10.2 in GB5226.1-2002. 4.7.6 The indicator lights and displays of the electrical system should comply with the provisions of 10.3 in CB5226.12002. 4.7.7 The wiring of the electrical system should comply with the provisions of Chapter 14 of GB5226.[-2002]. 4.7.8 The markings, warning signs and project codes of the electrical system should comply with the provisions of Chapter 17 of GB5226.1-2002. 5 Test methods
5.1 Working condition test
Check the filter device of the water and air supply system of the cleaning machine. Use a grade 2 industrial thermometer to measure the temperature of the cleaning fluid, and a grade 2.5 pressure gauge to detect the pressure of the cleaning fluid and air source.
5.2 Material, appearance and structure inspection
Visually inspect the material certification data, machine appearance and structure of the materials used in the cleaning machine. 5.3 Functional inspection
5.3.1 Production speed test:
After the cleaning machine is operated under load, use a stopwatch to measure at the rated speed. 5.3.2 Control function test;
Before the cleaning machine leaves the factory, simulate normal production procedures for commissioning and inspection. 5.3.3 Display function test:
Visually inspect the function of the display instrument during the operation test. 5.3.4 Interlock function test:

After sterilizing the bottles, take samples and inspect the appearance and clarity according to the "Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China" (2000 edition). 5.5 Determination of breakage rate

During the type inspection, if one of the electrical safety performance of protective grounding circuit continuity, insulation resistance, and withstand voltage fails, the product will be judged to have failed the type inspection. If one of the other items fails, the unqualified item should be retested twice. If it still fails, the product will be judged to have failed the type inspection.
7 Logo, Instructions for Use, Packaging and Storage 7.1 Logo
7.1.1: Each cleaning machine has a product label fixed at the position specified on the drawing, and the label should comply with the regulations of GB/T13306. 7.1.2 The label of the cleaning machine should include the following: a) product name and model:
b) manufacturer name;
c) product number and manufacturing date;
d) Main parameters;
e) product standard number.
7.1.3 Storage and transportation markings should comply with the regulations of GB/T191. 7.2 Instructions for use
Product instructions for use shall comply with the provisions of CB/T9969.1. 7.3 Packaging
7.3.1 Product packaging should comply with the regulations of GB/T13384. 7.3.2 The packaging box should have the following accompanying documents: a) Product certificate;
b) Product instruction manual:
c) Packing list;
d) List of accompanying accessories:
e) Material certificate and instrumentation inspection certificate specified in this standard. 7.4 Storage
After packing the cleaning machine, it should be stored in a corrosive gas-free, dry, well-ventilated indoor or sheltered place, and should not be tilted or pressed heavily.

If one of the continuity of protective grounding circuit, insulation resistance and withstand voltage in the electrical safety performance fails in type inspection, the product shall be judged to fail the type inspection. If one of the other items fails, the unqualified item shall be doubled and retested. If it still fails, the product shall be judged to fail the type inspection.
