The motor load during the test shall not exceed 10% of the rated power. 4.2 Performance test
4.2.1 Test requirements
The performance test is carried out under the pure working hour productivity, and the deviation should be controlled within the range of ±10%. A pre-test is allowed before the formal test, and the pre-test time shall not exceed 20min. The test shall be carried out twice, and the time of each test shall not exceed 30min. The arithmetic mean of the two test data shall be taken as the measured value.
If any of the following situations occurs, the test shall be repeated: a) The invisible loss exceeds 1%; b) The weight of the machine material exceeds the weight of the feed material;
) The test is interrupted due to power failure or other reasons. During the formal measurement, the accurately weighed frost is added into the hopper, the prototype is started to run idle for 1-2min, and then the feed gate is opened to start feeding. At the same time, start timing and record the initial reading of the electric meter. The operator should operate slowly (no more than 2 seconds) to make each discharge port meet the specified requirements. At the moment when the rice grains in the hopper pass through the feed gate, close the feed gate, and at the same time, stop timing and record the reading of the electric meter. Stop the machine after each discharge port stops discharging. 4.2.2 Sampling method and sample processing
8) The sampling method and sample processing shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of G5491. b) Samples are collected once at the rice outlet and rice husk outlet for each test. Each time, samples are collected 5 minutes after the start of the test, and once every 10 minutes thereafter. Two samples are collected continuously each time, and the weight of each sample is not less than 1kg. One is the original sample and the other is the final sample. The two original samples are mixed and become the original samples of the test. The three parallel samples shall not be mixed and shall be separated and kept for future reference. After the test is completed and verified, they can be processed. Various samples shall be clearly marked and shall not be leaked or mixed. 4.2.3 Determination and calculation of several indicators
a) Pure working hour productivity

b) Nominal unit power productivity:
Formula: E Nominal unit power productivity, kg (wh): P Nominal power of matching motor,.
C) Hulling rate, crushing rate, rice husk content in rice mixture: E
The original sample received from the brown rice outlet is separated into about 100 pieces according to the sample separation method specified in GB5491. After removing impurities, the rice and rice husks are weighed separately. The rice is weighed again and the rice is separated and weighed. Calculate the food according to the following formula: 3
