4 Technical requirements
4.1 General requirements
4.1.1. The cutting machine shall be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures and comply with the provisions of this standard. 4.1.2 The cutting machine shall be able to operate at rated speed under the following environmental conditions: a) The altitude shall not exceed 1000m;
b) The ambient air temperature shall not exceed 40℃;
c) The relative humidity of the air shall not exceed 90% (25℃). 4.1.3 The applicable power supply conditions for the cutting machine are: Maximum cutting depth
The AC/DC dual-purpose cutting machine should be able to operate under a single-phase AC power supply with a DC power supply voltage of a practical sine waveform and a rated frequency. 4.1.4 Rated voltage and frequency
a) AC rated voltage: 220, 42, 36V; b) DC rated voltage: 220V;
c) AC rated frequency; 50Hz.
4.2 Safety of cutting machine
4.2.1 The safety of the cutting machine, except for the provisions that have been supplemented and improved in this standard, shall comply with the provisions of GB3883.1. 4.2. 2
The cutting machine shall have a mechanism for adjusting the cutting depth. This adjustment mechanism shall not become loose during normal use of the tool. The cutting machine shall be equipped with a cutting blade protective cover that can only be removed by hand. After the protective cover is installed, the angle of the exposed part of the cutting blade should not be greater than JB/T7825-1999
4.2.4 Except for heavy-duty cutting machines, the plug of the cutting machine shall comply with the provisions of GB1002. The plug of the Class 1 cutting machine shall be made into one piece with the power cord, and its insulation shall be able to withstand a withstand voltage test of 3750V with a waveform of an actual sine wave, a rate of 50Hz, and a voltage value of 1min, and no breakdown or surface flashover shall occur. 4.2.5 The soft cable or cord connecting the cutting machine to the power supply shall comply with the provisions of GB5013.4, or use a soft cable or cord with performance not lower than that of GB5013.4.
4.3 Appearance quality of the cutting machine
The plastic shell of the cutting machine shall not have bubbles, cracks, obvious shadows and concave thinness, the surface of the metal shell shall not be damaged, and the coating shall be evenly polished. The nameplate of the cutting machine shall be firmly and without curling on the surface of the cutting machine shell. 4.3.2
4.4 Cutting disc clamping plate
The cutting machine shall have two cutting disc clamping plates, the outer diameter D of the two plates and the contact surface B between the two plates and the grinding wheel shall be the same size (see Figure 1).

The steel brush springs, screws, etc. of the cutting machine shall be surface treated to prevent rust. The steel brush spring and grounding screw and the whole circle should be subjected to rust prevention test.
Test method
5.1 Appearance inspection
The appearance quality of the cutting machine shall be inspected by observation and manual test. The inspection results shall comply with the provisions of 4.2.2, 4.3.1 and 4.3.2. 5.2 Noise test
The noise test of the cutting machine shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T4583. The test results shall comply with the provisions of 4.7.
5.3 Inspection of the clamping plate of the cutting disc
Remove the two clamping plates of the cutting disc and measure the outer diameter of the clamping plate and the size of the contact surface between the clamping plate and the cutting disc with a vernier caliper. The inspection results shall comply with the provisions of 4.4.
5.4 Measurement of radio and television interference level The measurement of radio and television interference level of the cutting machine shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB4343. During the measurement, the cutting machine shall run continuously without load with the cutting disc. The test results shall comply with the provisions of 4.5.1.
5.5 Harmonic current measurement
The harmonic current measurement of the cutting machine shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB17625.1. During the measurement, the cutting machine shall be operated continuously without load with the cutting disc. The measurement results shall comply with the provisions of 4.5.2.
5.6 Voltage fluctuation and flicker measurement

The voltage fluctuation and flicker measurement of the cutting machine shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB17625.2. During the measurement, the cutting machine shall be operated continuously without load with the cutting disc. The measurement results shall comply with the provisions of 4.5.3.
5.7 Shaft extension cylindrical surface radial runout inspection
The cutting machine is fixed on a rigid support and measured with a dial indicator. The measuring point is the middle position of the shaft extension cylindrical surface. The shaft extension is rotated slowly for three revolutions at a lower voltage or in other appropriate ways. The average value of the difference between the three maximum and minimum values ​​on the dial gauge is the radial runout value of the cylindrical surface of the shaft extension. The inspection result shall comply with the provisions of 4.6.
5.8 Commutation spark inspection
The cutting machine is run at rated voltage for 15 minutes without load. When no load and in the test of 5.10, observe the spark under the brush. During the inspection test, only the commutation spark is checked when no load. The inspection result shall comply with the provisions of 4.3.
5.9 Input power, current and working parameter measurement Under rated voltage, make the applied torque reach the minimum value of the rated torque specified in Table 1. If the output power has not reached the minimum value of the rated output power specified in Table 1 at this time, continue to increase the load of the cutting machine until the output power of the cutting machine reaches this value. After the cutting machine has run for 15 minutes, measure the input power, current, torque and output power of the cutting machine. The test results shall comply with the provisions of 3.1 and 4.9. 5.10 Temperature rise test
5.10.1 Applied load
Apply torque according to the load determined in 5.9 at rated voltage. If the input power of the cutting machine is less than the rated input power indicated on the nameplate, increase the load so that the input power of the cutting machine reaches the rated input power indicated on the nameplate, and apply the load with the torque under the input power to conduct the temperature rise test.
5.10.2 Running time
Continuously run under the conditions of 5.10.1 until the temperature rise of each part of the cutting machine reaches the actual stable state. After the temperature rise of each part reaches the actual stable state, the temperature rise of the winding is measured by the resistance method, and the temperature rise of other parts is measured by the thermometer method. The inspection results should comply with the provisions of 4.10.
5.11 Overtorque test
When the temperature rise reaches stability, increase the torque at rated voltage so that the output torque reaches 1.5 times the load torque measured in 5.10. The test lasts for 15s.
The inspection result shall comply with the provisions of 4.11.
5.12 Inspection of protective cover
Inspect the protective cover and measure the angle of the exposed part of the saw blade by observation and using an angle ruler. The inspection result shall comply with the provisions of 4.2.3.
5.13 Voltage withstand test of sub-category cutting machine plugs Attach metal to the knob on the outer surface, and then apply a test voltage of 3750V between the plug pins and the metal foil for 1 minute. The inspection result shall comply with the provisions of 4.2.5.
5.14 Inspection of power cord length
Measure the length of the power cord from the power cord inlet of the cutting machine to the plug surface (excluding the pins). The inspection result shall comply with the provisions of 4.12.
5.15 Inspection of cutting depth
The cutting depth is adjusted to the maximum position. At this time, measure the vertical distance from the lower plane of the cutting machine bottom plate to the periphery of the cutting blade. It shall comply with the provisions of Table 1.

6.3.1 The test shall be carried out in the order of the test items listed in 6.2. 6.3.2 Except for the parts provided (such as screws for rust test, etc.), the relevant test items shall be carried out on the same prototype and pass all tests. 7.1 Marking

7.2.2 Operation and maintenance instructions.
The following contents should be explained in the instructions:1) Relevant description of the characteristics and uses of the cutting machine. 2) There should be an independent chapter to explain the safety technical requirements for the use of the cutting machine and the precautions for operation and use. 8 Warranty period and accessories
8.1 Warranty period
If the user follows the provisions of the cutting machine manufacturer's operating and maintenance instructions, and transports, stores and uses the cutting machine correctly, within the warranty period specified by the manufacturer, if the cutting machine is damaged or cannot work normally due to poor manufacturing quality, the manufacturer shall repair or replace it for the user free of charge.
8.2 Accessories
When the cutting machine leaves the factory, it should be accompanied by special tools for disassembling and installing the cutting blade. 92
