5 Material data element mapping requirements
5.1 Mapping objects
Material data element mapping objects include: civilian material data elements, military and civilian general resource material data elements, military material and equipment data elements, see Figure 1. Civilian material data elements should first be mapped to the data models and data elements established by GB/T37948 and GB/T37944, and then mapped to military material and equipment data elements.

The base name of military and civilian common resources corresponds to the data model. The military and civilian common resource material data composition framework is shown in Figure 2. The data elements in the data model under the same base name are the complete set of technical attribute data elements, and some data in the complete set are selected to form a subset of the technical attribute data elements of each variety. There are products produced by different manufacturers under one variety. The organization identification code, reference number, and organization detailed data are the management attribute data of the product.

5.3 Basic requirements for material data element mapping
The requirements for mapping are as follows:
Benchmark name n
Data model
Product n/Organization identification code + reference number
Organization detailed data
The mapping of military and civilian common resource material data elements to military material and equipment data elements should be based on military standards, technical parameters, and functional requirements. a)
Based on: The mapping of military and civilian common resource material data elements to military material and equipment data elements should be based on national standards, technical parameters, and functional requirements.
b) Data element mapping should be carried out in the order of material classification, material benchmark name, material variety code, and product. Materials that can be mapped by benchmark name can be mapped by data element. c
Note: The base name can be mapped, which means that the data elements of the first data model have a mapping relationship. The data elements of materials/products with the same GB/T39317-2020
standards, specifications, and drawings can be mapped, and the data elements of materials with the same technical attribute data can be mapped. d)
Material data elements with different technical attribute data cannot be mapped. Note: Some standards and specifications contain general specifications for multiple parts and need to be mapped separately according to specific circumstances. e)
Data elements of materials/products that meet the same functional requirements can be mapped. Note: Material data element mapping refers to the mapping of technical attribute data, and management attribute data cannot be mapped. 5.4 Detailed requirements for material data element mapping

5.4.3.2 Data element mapping
GB/T39317—2020
For data elements with corresponding data items, data element mapping can be performed item by item. When mapping military and civilian common resource material data elements to military material and equipment data elements, not only the data element identifiers should be converted, but also the data code table and code values ??should be converted according to the corresponding code table and code values ??of the military material and equipment data elements. The same treatment is applied when the military material and equipment data elements are mapped to the military and civilian common resource material data elements. Mandatory data elements should be mapped item by item. For mapping when the names of military and civilian common resource data elements are different from those of military supplies data elements, the mapping relationship between data elements should be analyzed from the aspects of equivalence, hierarchy and relevance according to the requirements of 7.2, 7.3 and 7.4 of GB/T38992-2020. Example: For data elements with serial numbers 1 to 15 in Table 3, there is a one-to-one correspondence between the military and civilian common resource and material data elements and the military supplies and equipment data elements, and data elements can be mapped item by item.
5.4.3.3 Data element integration mapping
When mapping, for data elements that do not have corresponding data items in the target data model, several data elements can be integrated and mapped as "text" or "custom" data elements of the target data model. Example 1:
For data elements with sequence numbers 16 to 21 in Table 3, there is no corresponding data item in the military supplies and equipment data element. When the military and civilian common resources and materials data element is mapped to the military supplies and equipment data element, the data elements with sequence numbers 16 to 21 can be integrated as text and mapped to the "text" data element M00021 of military supplies. Example 2:
For data elements with sequence numbers 22 to 25 in Table 3, there is no corresponding data item in the military and civilian common resources and materials data element. When the military supplies and equipment data element is mapped to the military and civilian common resources and materials data element, the data elements with sequence numbers 22 to 25 can be integrated as text and mapped to the "custom" data element W0090A000 of the military and civilian common resources and materials data element.
5.4.3.4 Direct reference
When mapping, for the mandatory data elements in the target data model, in addition to mapping according to the mode of 5.4.3.3, the data elements in the target data model can also be directly referenced by adding new data elements and data can be directly collected according to its requirements. Example 1:
For the mandatory data elements with sequence numbers 16, 20, and 21 in Table 3, there is no corresponding data item in the military supplies and equipment data element. When the military and civilian common resources and materials data element is mapped to the military supplies and equipment data element, the military and civilian common resources and materials data element can be referenced by adding the corresponding military supplies and equipment data element. Example 2:
For the mandatory data element with sequence number 22 in Table 3, there is no corresponding data item in the military and civilian common resources and materials data element. When the military supplies and equipment data element is mapped to the military and civilian common resources and materials data element, the cataloging data element of military supplies and equipment can be referenced by adding the corresponding military and civilian common resources and materials data element. 5.4.3.5 Data element value collection requirements
When collecting data element values, the following requirements should be followed: a) According to the data model corresponding to the benchmark name, analyze the data element and collect data according to the mapped data element requirements. Note 1: The same type of materials can only be compared based on the same data model to determine whether they can be regarded as the same variety. If there are only data elements, the values ??of the data elements are the same, but the data models are different, mapping errors may occur. For example, forklifts and forklifts have the same data elements in the data model, but the forklift data element cannot be mapped to the forklift data element.
Note 2: Different products have different attribute data and different models; even if the models are the same, the specific data items may be different. There are required data elements and optional data elements. Specific model data items can be tailored, such as hexagonal bolts of different sizes use the same data model. The technical attributes correspond to the types of materials, and the management attributes correspond to the organizations/suppliers and products; the management attributes and technical attributes are listed separately b)
, that is, the name, address, telephone number, email, etc. of the organization are not considered as technical attribute data of the types and should not be confused with the technical attributes; the management attribute data such as the product reference number and manufacturer are not considered as technical attribute data of the material types to ensure the consistency of the technical attribute data element mapping.
