This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of Direct Dark Blue L-3RB. This standard applies to Direct Dark Blue L-3RB obtained by diazotizing the product obtained by coupling amino C acid diazo with 1-naphthylamine, and then coupling the product obtained by diazotizing with 1-naphthylamine-7-sulfonic acid and then coupling with J acid. This product is mainly used for dyeing cellulose fibers. Structural formula:

4.6 Determination of color fastness to dyeing on cotton fabrics HG2082-91
4.6.1 The determination of color fastness to light shall be carried out in accordance with GB8427. 4.6.2 The determination of color fastness to washing shall be carried out in accordance with GB3921, using the formulation of test solution 1 and the conditions of method 3. 4.6.3 The determination of color fastness to perspiration shall be carried out in accordance with GB3922. 4.6.4 The determination of color fastness to rubbing shall be carried out in accordance with GB3920. 4.6.5 The determination of color fastness to hot pressing (ironing) shall be carried out in accordance with GB6152. 5 Inspection rules
5.1 Inspection classification
5.1.13.1 and 3.2 are factory inspection items. 5.1.23.13.3 are type inspection items. When one of the six situations described in 6.6.1 of GB1.3 is encountered, a type inspection shall be carried out. During normal continuous production, the inspection shall be conducted once every six months. 5.2 Factory Inspection
Direct Dark Blue L-3RB shall be inspected by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer; the manufacturer shall ensure that all Direct Dark Blue L-3RB shipped out of the factory meet the requirements of this standard. Each batch of Direct Dark Blue L-3RB shipped out of the factory shall be accompanied by a quality certificate in a certain format. 5.3 Sampling Method
5.3.1 Randomly sample 10% of the barrels from each batch (a batch of uniform products mixed once) and the small batch sampling shall not be less than 3 barrels.
5.3.2 The packaging of the sample to be taken must be intact. When sampling, foreign impurities must not fall into the product. Use a probe to take the upper, middle and lower samples from the barrel. The total amount of the sample taken shall not be less than 200g. 5.3.3 After the sample is fully mixed, divide it into two clean, dry brown wide-mouth bottles with ground mouths. Use paraffin to seal and label, indicate the manufacturer's name, product name, batch number, sampling date, sampling location and name of the sampler. One bottle is for inspection and one bottle is kept for reference. 5.4 Re-inspection
Inspect the sample according to the test method specified in Chapter 4. If one indicator does not meet the requirements of Chapter 3, double sampling should be carried out for re-inspection according to the provisions of 5.3.1. Even if one indicator of the re-inspection result does not meet the requirements of this standard, the entire batch of products cannot be regarded as qualified products. 5.5 User acceptance.
The user unit has the right to accept the received direct dark blue L-3RB according to the provisions of this standard. 5.6 Arbitration
If the supply and demand parties have disputes over the re-inspection results, the arbitration institution can be determined by negotiation between the two parties. During arbitration, arbitration verification should be carried out according to the test methods specified in this standard.
6 Marking, packaging, transportation, purchase and storage
6.1 The packaging barrels should be painted with firm and clear markings, including the manufacturer's name, product name, trademark, this standard number, production date, batch number, net weight and tare weight, etc.
6.2 Direct dark blue L-3RB is packed in iron barrels lined with plastic bags and sealed and stamped. The net weight of each barrel is 40kg, and other packaging can be negotiated with the user.
6.3 Avoid violent collision during transportation.
6.4 Store in a cool, dry and ventilated place. Prevent heat and moisture. 3
