Product inspection is generally carried out by the technical inspection (quality supervision) department of the manufacturer. If necessary, it can be carried out by the user or the national quality supervision department.
The manufacturer should ensure that the products shipped meet the requirements of this standard and attach a product certificate, which includes the manufacturer's name, product name, model, batch number, net weight, factory date, test data and this standard number. 6.1 Product inspection
Product inspection is divided into factory inspection (delivery inspection) and type inspection (routine inspection). 6.1.1 Factory inspection
Products should be inspected for coercivity, specific saturation magnetization, tap density, oil absorption, volatile matter, sulfate or nitride, etc. before leaving the factory, or inspected according to the user's requirements. 6.1.2 Type inspection
Type inspection of products shall be carried out according to the items specified in Table 2. Type inspection should be carried out in any of the following circumstances: standard batch Jiewang.bam.coa.
at the beginning of each production;
HG/T2347.1-92
b. after formal production, when there are major changes in raw materials and processes that may affect product performance; during normal production, every three months of continuous production; c
d. when there is a significant difference between the factory inspection and the last type inspection. 6.2 Batching and Sampling
6.2.1 The production batch is the inspection batch, and one packaging bag is a sampling unit. 6.2.2 Randomly select samples from the packaging bags of the same batch number, and the number of samples shall comply with the provisions of Table 2 in Chapter 6 of GB6678 (see Appendix A).
6.2.3 The sampler can be any of the three samplers specified in GB6679. 6.2.4 Use the sampler to insert the sample diagonally into the bag to take samples, and divide it into four parts. Take two diagonal parts and put them into two clean and dry wide-mouth bottles or plastic bags respectively, one for inspection and the other sealed for future reference. The quantity of each sample must ensure the conduct of all tests.
6.3 Judgment rules
6.3.1 Carry out inspection according to Article 6.1.1. If one item does not meet the specified indicators, double sampling should be carried out for re-inspection. Even if there is one item that fails in the re-inspection, the entire batch of products will be treated as unqualified products or the supply and receipt parties will negotiate to resolve the issue. 6.3.2 If both parties have objections to the inspection results, they can negotiate to select an arbitration institution for arbitration. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
7.1 Marking
Each packaging bag should indicate the product name, registered trademark, model, standard number, batch number, net weight, production date, manufacturer name and address, and indicate the "wet-afraid mark or words". 7.2 Packaging
Inner packaging should use polyethylene plastic bags; outer packaging should use reinforced kraft paper bags or plastic woven bags. 7.3 Transportation
During transportation, it is required to load and unload lightly, prevent rupture, prevent water immersion and rain, and transport under a canopy. 7.4 Storage
The product should be stacked in a dry warehouse with pillows and pads. It is strictly forbidden to contact with acids and alkalis. Standard photography.cmm.bzeoo.com Various standard industry materials are free to download additional instructions:
