4.6 The clamping mechanism of the measuring instrument should clamp the sample firmly and be easy to clamp and remove. 4.7 The water tank of the measuring instrument should be able to be placed stably on the base of the main unit. 4.8 Appearance quality of the measuring instrument
4.8.1 The appearance surface of machined parts should comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T14253. 4.8.2 The surface of painted parts should comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T14253. 4.8.3 The plating layer of electroplated parts is firm and free of defects such as burns, chrome thorns, and plating shedding. 4.8.4 The surface oxide layer of blackened parts is uniform and the color is consistent, with no unoxidized areas. 4.9 The assembly of the various components of the measuring instrument should comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T14253. 5 Test method
5.1 The test should be carried out under the conditions specified in Article 4.1 of this standard. 5.2 Inspection of scale error according to Article 4.2 of this standard 5.2.1 Inspection of vernier caliper with a scale scale value of 0.02mm (0~300mm). 5.2.2 Inspection method Select five points of 40.80, 120, 160, and 200mm on the scale face, and use vernier caliper to measure their distance from the zero scale of the scale. The error between the nominal value of each point scale and the corresponding vernier caliper reading value should not exceed 0.5mm. 5.3 Inspection of the horizontality of the upper end surface of the moving horizontal plate according to Article 4.3 of this standard 5.3.1 Inspection of height vernier caliper with a scale scale value of 0.05mm (0~500mm). 5.3.2 Inspection method Adjust the main machine to a horizontal position, and the moving horizontal plate is in the highest position. Using the plane on the base as the reference, use the height vernier caliper to measure the height of any three points on the left, middle, and right parts of the upper end surface of the moving horizontal plate. The maximum and minimum height differences should not exceed 0.20mm. 5.4 Inspection of the verticality of the scale in Article 4.4a of this standard 5.4.1 Inspection standard scale 200mm height square ruler and 100mm (0.02~1.00) feeler gauge. 5.4.2 Inspection method Adjust the host to a horizontal position so that the movable horizontal plate is at the lowest position. Using the plane on the base as the reference, use a square ruler to measure the front and side of each scale, and then use a feeler gauge to measure the maximum gap between the vertical surface of the square ruler and the front and side of the scale. This gap should not be greater than 0.15mm.
5.5 Inspection of the height of the lower end of the scale in Articles 4.4b and 4.5b of this standard 5.5.1 Inspection standard scale graduation value 0.05 height vernier caliper (0~~300mm). 5.5.2 Inspection method Adjust the host to a horizontal position so that the movable horizontal plate is at the highest position and remove the sink. Using the plane on the base as the reference, use a height vernier caliper to measure the height of the first long scale line at the lower end of each scale. 5.6 The items 4.5a, 4.6~4.9 of this standard shall be inspected by actual measurement or visual inspection as required. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 The factory inspection of the measuring instrument shall be fully inspected in accordance with the items of this standard. 6.2 The main measurable performance indicators of the measuring instrument must all meet the requirements of this standard. Minor defects of non-measurable general performance are allowed to be returned for repair to meet the requirements.
6.3 The measuring instrument shall be re-inspected before packaging and storage. The re-inspection rules are as follows: re-inspection shall be conducted by stratified random sampling;
b. The number of qualified judgments for re-inspection is zero;
c. The re-inspection sample is 10% of the inspection batch. When the batch is less than 20 units, the sample shall be no less than 3 units, and when the batch is less than 10 units, the sample shall be no less than 2 units. The decimal place of the calculated value of the number of sampling units shall be rounded to an integer; d. The samples shall be inspected item by item in accordance with the requirements of this standard. If unqualified products or serious defects appear in the sample, a second extended sampling will be carried out, and the extended ratio is 20% of the inspection batch (excluding the first sampling). If defects appear again in the second sampling, the entire batch should be rejected. 6.4 The actual measured data of the main items of the factory inspection of the measuring instrument should be recorded in the random file. Products without documents proving the quality of the products cannot be shipped.
