3 Types, basic parameters and main dimensions
: 3.1 Types, basic parameters and dimensions are shown in Figures 1, 2, Tables 1 to 4. 3.2 Closed stirring vessels are in accordance with HG2036 standard. The same nominal volume is divided into two nominal diameters of L series and S series (L series and S series are slender and short and fat structural types respectively). 3.3 The transmission device of glass closed mixing container includes three types: I, II and III, see HG/T2052. Type I is suitable for VN2500L20000. Type II and Type III are suitable for VN2500L to 4000L.34 Glass closed mixing container can be equipped with volumetric or impeller agitator according to the use cycle, selected according to HG/T2051.3.5 Glass closed mixing container can be equipped with a thermometer sleeve with or without a temperature measuring head according to the use needs, selected according to HG/T 2058.
3.6 Glass closed mixing container can be equipped with a manhole with a sight glass or a manhole with a sight glass and a balancer according to the use needs, selected according to HG/T2055.

3.9 According to the discharge port of glass closed mixing container, according to the needs of use, it can be equipped with upward discharge valve and downward discharge valve, according to HG5-15 or HG5-16 selection, but the maximum working pressure of the container is not more than 0.6MPa, the high medium overflow is 0 to 150℃: when the nominal pressure in the container is greater than 0.6MPa, other corrosion-resistant valves can be selected. 20
