This standard applies to intercoolers for ammonia refrigeration equipment. 2 Reference standards GB 1226 GB12241 —General pressure gauge Safety valve GB/T 13306 JB/T 6917 JB/T6918 ZB J73 029 ZB J73 042 3 Terminology 3.1 Intercooler General requirements Pressure vessels for refrigeration equipment Metal and glass sintered liquid level gauges and sight glasses for refrigeration Cleanliness determination method of tubular heat exchangers for ammonia refrigeration equipment Pressure and pressure differential controllers for refrigeration The heat exchanger between the suction gas of the high-pressure stage compressor and the exhaust gas of the low-pressure stage compressor in a two-stage compressor is used to cool the refrigerant before it is sucked into the high-pressure stage compressor. 4 Product classification 4.1 Type The structural type of the cooler is vertical shell coil type. 4.2 Model 4.2.1 Model representation method The model of the cooler consists of uppercase Chinese phonetic letters and Arabic numerals (hereinafter referred to as numbers). The representation method of its model is stipulated as follows: Retrofit number: represented by numbers, omitted for the first design product Nominal cooling area: based on the surface area of the cooling pipe, represented by numbers, m2 code for coolers 4.2.2 Model example ZQ7.5-1: represents a nominal cooling area of 7.5m2, the first retrofit cooler. Approved by the Ministry of Machinery Industry of the People's Republic of China on June 16, 1995 1424 Implementation from July to January, 1996 4.3 Basic parameters JB/T 7658. 11-95 The nominal cooling area of the cooler shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. Table 1 4.4 Design conditions 4.4.1 Design pressure Inside the coil: 2 MPa; Outside the coil: 1.4 MPa. 4.4.2 Design temperature Inside the coil: 50C; Outside the coil: 38C. 5 Technical requirements General requirements The cooler shall comply with the provisions of this standard and be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures, or it may be manufactured according to the agreement between the user and the manufacturer. 5.2 Materials 5.2.1 The materials of the main pressure-bearing components of the cooler should have material certificates. 5.2.2 The materials used for the cooler should comply with the provisions of JB/T6917. 5.3 Technical requirements for steel pipes 5.3.1 The inner and outer surfaces of the cooler steel pipes should not have defects such as rust, cracks, pitting, etc., and the inner and outer surfaces should be clean and dry. 5.3.2 The bends of the cooler elbows should not have defects such as wrinkles and indentations. 5.4 Liquid baffle The liquid baffle of the cooler should be flat, without rust on the surface, and the burrs should be removed after drilling the liquid baffle. 5.5 Liquid level control device 5.5.1 When installing the cooler, the liquid level control device should be installed according to the drawings or instructions to ensure its installation accuracy. 5.5.2 When the liquid level control device of the cooler is a float valve, the float valve should be flexible and free of obstruction. 5.6 Cold and hot processing The cold and hot processing of the cooler shall comply with the provisions of JB/T6917. 5.7 Welding and non-destructive testing The welding and non-destructive testing of the cooler shall comply with the provisions of JB/T6917. 5.8 Test plates and specimens The test plates and specimens of the cooler shall comply with the provisions of JB/T6917. 5.9 Parts and components The parts and components of the cooler such as the cylinder, head, flange, support, support plate, pipe, etc. shall comply with the provisions of JB/T6917. 5.10 Safety accessories In addition to complying with the provisions of JB/T6917, the safety accessories of the cooler shall also comply with the following provisions: the overpressure relief device shall comply with the provisions of GB12241 and relevant standards; a. The high-pressure cut-off device shall comply with the provisions of ZBJ73042; 1425 JB/T 7658.11—95 The liquid level gauge and sight glass shall comply with the provisions of JB/T6918; . d. The pressure gauge shall comply with the provisions of GB1226. 5.11 Pressure resistance and airtightness requirements 5.11.1 The cooler and its cooling coil shall be subjected to pressure test and airtightness test after manufacture, and the requirements shall comply with the provisions of JB/T6917. 5.11.2 When the cooler uses a float valve, the float used should be subjected to a water pressure resistance test of 1.25 times the design pressure or a gas pressure resistance test of 1.15 times the design pressure, and the pressure should be maintained for 5 minutes. It should not be deformed or leak. 5.12 Cleanliness The interior of the cooler should be clean, and the impurity content in the part in contact with the refrigerant should not exceed 800mg/m3. 5.13 Appearance quality The cooler should be beautiful and elegant, and the weld surface should be free of cracks, pores, arc pits and slag inclusions. The outer surface should be painted, and the paint should be evenly smooth and consistent in color, and there should be no defects that affect the appearance. 5.14 Completeness The cooler supplied as a complete set should include: Ammonia gas inlet and outlet joints; Ammonia liquid inlet and outlet joints; Assembly flange; Balance pipe joint; Oil drain joint; Safety valve joint. 5.15 Accessories The accessories of the cooler are: Safety valve; Liquid level indicator; Pressure gauge valve and pressure gauge; Ammonia valve; Liquid level controller or float valve; Oil drain valve; Anchor bolts. Other accessories of the cooler shall comply with the provisions of the relevant standards. Warranty period If the user complies with the provisions of the product manual, the manufacturer shall replace or repair the cooler free of charge within 18 months from the date of shipment from the manufacturer if the cooler is damaged or fails to work properly due to poor manufacturing. 6 Test methods 6.1 Nondestructive testing The method of nondestructive testing of coolers shall comply with the provisions of JB/T6917. 6.2 Pressure test and airtightness test The pressure test and airtightness test methods of coolers shall comply with the provisions of JB/T6917. 6.3 Cleanliness determination The cleanliness determination method of the cooler shall comply with the provisions of ZBJ73029. 7 Inspection rules General requirements JB/T 7658. 11 - 95 The cooler shall be inspected by the technical inspection department of the manufacturer in accordance with this standard and technical documents, and can only be shipped after passing the inspection. 7.2 Inspection items After each cooler is manufactured, it shall be inspected for delivery according to the following inspection items: a. Inspect the material report of the main pressure-bearing components: Check the processing quality of the cooler; Inspect the appearance quality of the cooler; Inspect the non-destructive testing report; Inspect the pressure resistance and airtightness test report; Check the contents of the label; Check the integrity of the product according to the factory documents. 8 Marking, packaging and transportation 8.1 Marking 8.1.1 Label The cooler should have a label fixed on a clear and flat position. The label should comply with the provisions of GB/T13306. The content marked on the label can refer to the provisions of JB/T6917. 8.7.2 Factory documents The factory documents of the cooler can refer to the provisions of JB/T6917. 8.2 Packaging and transportation 8.2.1 All exposed processing surfaces and connecting pipes of the cooler should be coated with rust-proof agent and properly sealed. The assembly flange should be tightened with bolts, and the flange sealing surface should be coated with anti-rust grease and sealed with a blind plate. 8.2.2 The paint, packaging and transportation of the cooler can refer to the provisions of JB/T6917.
