In the .A type, it is divided into AI, 41 and AA according to the body material and applicable temperature range. The structure is a rectangular cross-section body, suitable for low boiling point liquids, and surface indication in the case where bubbles are easy to occur in the liquid column in the meter. The structure, installation dimensions and quality of the 4 plastic anti-frost gauge are shown in Figure 3.0.1-1 and Table 3.0.1. The structure is a rectangular cross-section body, suitable for medium temperature of 40~0℃, and surface indication in the case where bubbles are basically not generated in the liquid column in the meter. Anti-frost liquid level gauge with nominal pressure PN2.5MPa, its standard connection size is PN4.0, DN25 Raised face flange.
Anti-frost level gauge with nominal driving force PN4.0MPa

The materials used to manufacture the anti-frost level gauge must have a quality certificate. In addition to complying with the following standards, the materials used in 4.2.1
shall also comply with the requirements of this standard and drawings. 20R.16MDR and OCr18i9 copper plates shall comply with 4. 2. 1. 1.
GB6654GB3531 and GB4237. 20, 16Mn and Cr18Ni9Ti steels shall conform to the provisions of GB81634. 2. 1. 2
and GB2270. 16MnD and Cr18Ni9 forgings shall conform to the provisions of JB4727 and JB4728 for sub-grade forgings. 4.2.1.4 The materials shall conform to the provisions of G13699, CB1591, GB3077, GI31220 and GI34226. Glass plates shall comply with the specifications of T320 in QB776 standard. 4.2.1.6
Gaskets and thermal buffer materials shall comply with the specifications of GB539 and GB3985 respectively.
4.2.2 The 20R steel plate used to manufacture the A1 type anti-frost liquid level gauge pressure cover shall be subjected to a low-temperature impact test of -20C as specified in GB1501, and the impact energy value shall conform to the requirements of Table 4.2.2. When the use temperature is below or lower than -20C, the low-temperature alloy steel plates and main steel pipes used to manufacture A1 and B4 anti-frost liquid level gauges shall be subjected to ultrasonic flaw detection inspection piece by piece according to the regulations of JB34730. The qualified grade of the steel plate is Grade 1, and the qualified grade of the steel pipe is Grade 2.

The impact energy of the three selected samples shall be equal to the value of the impact energy of the three samples under the test temperature of the method. The average value of the impact energy of the three samples shall not be less than the value specified in the table. The impact energy of each sample may be less than the value of the impact energy, but shall not be less than 70% of the average value. 4.3 4.3.1 When the use temperature is lower than or equal to -20℃, the low-gold steel material used to make the anti-frost roller surface shall be made of The low temperature impact toughness shall be re-tested according to the provisions of Appendix C "Low Temperature Pressure Vessels" of GB150. Butt welds shall be subjected to 100% radiographic inspection according to the provisions of JB4730. The qualified level is "level".
Remaining welds shall be subjected to magnetic particle or penetrant inspection according to the provisions of JB4730. The requirements of "level II" are not allowed.
4.4 Dimensional tolerances
The tolerances of machined cut surfaces and non-machined surfaces shall be as small as possible. 4.1

4.6 Air tightness test
When the ordering unit requires, the anti-frost liquid should also be tested for air tightness. The test should be carried out after the pressure test is qualified. For the anti-frost liquid level gauge with PN2.5MPa, the air tightness test force is 2.63MPa; for the anti-frost liquid level gauge with PN4.0MPa, the air tightness test force is 4.2MTa. The test requirements shall be in accordance with the relevant regulations in GB150.
Packaging and marking
4.7.1 The coating, packaging and transportation of anti-frost liquid gauges shall refer to the provisions of J132536. A product inspection certificate shall be attached upon delivery. Each set of anti-frost liquid gauges shall have the following contents stamped or marked on the outer edge of the blue plate at both ends: 4.7:2

Ordering requirements
When ordering, the material type, pressure level, length and fin height of the ordered liquid level meter should be indicated according to the avoidance mark. In addition, the degree of use and whether the ordered liquid level meter is required to be tested for air tightness should also be indicated.1 When the use temperature is lower than or equal to -20℃, the low-gold steel material used to manufacture the frost-proof roller surface shall be re-tested by the manufacturer according to the provisions of Appendix C "Low-temperature Pressure Vessels" of GB150. If the low-temperature Charpy (V-shaped) impact test data is missing in the steel quality certificate, the low-temperature punching test shall be repeated according to the specified number of sheets or roots.
