3.1 The appearance is silver-white mesh. The mesh surface is flat, clean, and the self-test mesh has no burrs. There is no joint in the weft wire, and the warp wire joints are connected in a twisted manner

The determination of the content of main elements and trace impurity elements, physical parameters, number of breaks, joints and mesh defect area of ​​the platinum mesh is carried out in accordance with HG/T2271.2.
5 Inspection rules
5.1 This product is inspected by the quality supervision and inspection department of the manufacturer. The manufacturer shall ensure that the products shipped meet the requirements of this standard. Each platinum mesh shall be accompanied by a quality certificate, indicating the manufacturer name, product name, product specifications and model, product number, product grade, mesh quality, production date, factory expiration date and this standard number. According to user requirements, the middle seam of the finished mesh can be welded. 5.2 The inspection of the chemical composition of the platinum mesh is based on monthly products as a batch, in which 20cm of each tube of finished wire is sampled, and the total sampling volume is not less than 25g, and placed in a dry organic glass box for inspection and retention. The sample retention period is 1 year. The inspection of the diameter of the finished silk is carried out three times a month. Each time, 1/3 of the monthly output is taken as a sampling unit. The sampling volume of each unit is not less than 10 rolls. The number of mesh holes, mesh diameter, mesh quality per square meter, number of breaks, joints and mesh defect area of ​​the finished net need to be inspected one by one. 5.3 Tensile strength and elongation of finished silk Three sections are measured for each roll of finished silk. If two out of three measurements are qualified, it can be determined that the tensile strength and elongation of this roll of silk are qualified. If two of the three determinations are unqualified, six sections should be re-measured. If 1/2 of the determination results are still unqualified, this single wire is unqualified.
5.4 If one of the test results of the main elements and trace impurity elements does not meet the requirements of this standard, samples should be taken from the reserved samples for re-testing twice. If one of the re-tests is still unqualified, this batch of products will not be accepted. If the diameter of the finished wire does not meet the requirements of this standard, double samples should be taken from the unit wire for re-testing. If the re-test is still unqualified, each single wire should be tested. 2

If one of the measurement points of the number of meshes of the finished net does not meet the requirements of this standard, double the measurement points should be taken for re-testing. If unqualified measurement points still appear after re-testing, it should be judged as unqualified. If one of the inspection results of the finished net diameter and the quality of net per square meter does not meet the requirements of this standard, the product will not be accepted. If one of the inspection results of the defective net area and the number of broken joints does not meet the requirements specified in Table 4, it will be judged as a defective product. 5.5 The user has the right to accept the finished net received according to this standard. When the inspection result does not meet the requirements of this standard, the manufacturer should be contacted and handled; when there is a quality dispute between the supply and demand parties, an authoritative department should be hired for arbitration. 5.6 The inspection result is judged by the rounded value comparison method. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
6.1 Each platinum net leaving the factory should have a platinum label with the number of the net. 6.2 When packaging the product, the net surface is padded with soft thin white paper and rolled up on the alloy aluminum tube one by one. The whole sheet is then wrapped with kraft paper and tied with a thin rope, and then packed into the alloy aluminum packaging tube together with the quality certificate. When shipping, the supply and demand parties need to check the number and quality of the net in person (g): After both parties confirm that it is correct, the packaging tube is sealed with lead and escorted by two special personnel. 6.3 During transportation and storage, the product should be protected from mechanical damage, oil pollution or chemical corrosion.
