4 Technical requirements

The hydraulic press shall be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.1 Energy requirements
7.1.1 The allowable deviation of the working quality of the pressure drop machine is the design value. 4.1.? The nominal amplitude of the vibration frequency of the roller shall meet the design requirements, and the allowable error shall be 10% of the design value. 4.1.3 The roller shall have a good sensing effect, and the vibration index of the upper frame shall not be lower than the requirements of the relevant safety grade of JG/T5076.2.
4.1.4 The roller operator shall be light or comfortable, and the vertical force shall not be greater than 20. 4.1.5 When the roller is moving, the noise value at the measuring point 1.5m above the ground and 7.5m on both sides of the center line shall not be greater than 90dB (A).

4.2 Manufacturing and assembly requirements
4.2-1 All parts of the road roller must be inspected and assembled before they can be assembled. 4.2.2 Accessories, external parts and outsourced parts of the road roller must have a certificate of conformity, otherwise they shall be inspected according to the corresponding standards and drawings and qualified.
4.2-3 There shall be no oil or water leakage in the pipeline. The total seepage and water number shall meet the following requirements: not more than 3 points

The load shall be smooth and reliable, and the parts shall be slightly bottomed. There shall be no overheating phenomenon during normal operation; there shall be no biting of the milling and forging wheels. There shall be good lubrication conditions. The V-belts on the same set of pulleys shall be selected and matched. Each belt shall be evenly stressed, and no belt problems are recommended. The pulleys shall be easy to adjust and fixed. The dynamic system must run smoothly and flexibly: there shall be no jamming, impact and abnormal noise. 4.2. 9.2. When buying a machine product, you should buy it in batches or packages (except for equivalent requirements).
