3.1 Test environment temperature:
Normal temperature: 278~308K
Low temperature: 268±2K for mopeds
263±2K for motorcycles

3.3 Each test must be carried out after the engine temperature of the test vehicle is consistent with the required ambient temperature. 3.4 The continuous working time of the test vehicle starter of the test vehicle with electric start shall be in accordance with the technical documents of the manufacturer. 4.3 Start the engine from the time the signal is sent and record the time until the engine can run continuously. For the test vehicle with both electric start and foot start, both starting performance tests should be carried out. 4.4
The test is allowed to be carried out three times. If one test is successful, the subsequent tests will not be carried out. The test data and results are recorded in the table of Appendix A (Supplement). 4.6
