2.7 The high temperature creep performance of tungsten bar grades and the metallographic structure after high temperature treatment shall meet the requirements of GB418184 "Tungsten Wire" 2.6.
3 Inspection method
3.1 Appearance inspection of tungsten bar:
3.1.1 According to the requirements of 2.2.1 and 2.2.3, the surface quality is inspected with the naked eye. 3.1.2 According to the requirements of 2.2.2, the water absorption is checked with blue ink. 3.1.3 According to the requirements of 2, 2.3 and 2.6, the cross section is inspected for looseness, mechanical inclusions and surface crack delamination with a 5x magnifying glass. 3.2 According to the requirements of Article 2.1, the chemical composition of tungsten bars shall be analyzed according to GB4324.1~4324.30~84 "Chemical Analysis Methods for Tungsten". 3.3 According to the requirements of Article 2.5, the density of tungsten bars shall be carried out according to GB419684 "Determination Methods for Density of Tungsten and Molybdenum Bars". 3.4 According to the requirements of Articles 1.2, 2.3, and 2.4, the tungsten bars shall be checked with a steel ruler on a flat plate. According to the requirements of Article 2.7, the high temperature performance of tungsten bars shall be inspected according to GB4194-84 "Tungsten Wire Creep Test, High Temperature Treatment and Metallographic Inspection Methods".
4 Inspection Rules
4.1 The product shall be inspected by the supplier's quality inspection department to ensure that the product meets the requirements of this standard and fill in the quality certificate. 4.2 The purchaser may inspect the received products. If the inspection results do not meet the brand number and technical indicators on the quality certificate, the purchaser shall submit the matter to the supplier within three months from the date of receipt of the product, and both parties shall jointly identify it. If it is unqualified, it shall be unqualified. 4.3 Chemical composition samples: randomly select one piece from each submitted batch or production batch, take a sample at one quarter, break it to the required sample requirements for analysis, if it does not meet the requirements of Article 2.1, double the sample for re-inspection, if it is still unqualified, the whole batch is unqualified. 4.4 Density samples: 1% of the submitted batch of products are sampled, but no less than 2 pieces are sampled from each batch. If it does not meet the requirements of Article 2.5, double the sample for re-inspection, if it is still unqualified, the whole batch is unqualified. 4.5 High temperature performance: The supplier takes 1 sample from each production batch, and conducts high temperature creep test and metallographic inspection on the semi-finished product of Φ1.25mm according to Article 2.6, and performs metallographic inspection at high temperature on the semi-finished product of @0.4mm, and determines the WAL1, WAL2, and WAL3 grades based on the results.
5 Packaging, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificate 5.1 Every 6 to 12 pieces of products shall be wrapped with paper and put into plastic bags. After the bag mouth is sealed, it shall be placed in a dry cardboard box and stuffed with paper scraps to prevent movement. The cardboard box shall be placed in a wooden box. The weight of each box shall not exceed 20 kg. The box shall be marked with words such as "moisture-proof" and "fragile". 5.2. Each batch of products shall be accompanied by a quality certificate, which shall indicate: a. Name of supplier, b. Product brand, c. Product batch number; e. Results of various analysis and inspection and the stamp of the inspection department, and e. This standard number: to. Inspection date. 5.3 Each box of tungsten bars shall indicate the product name and brand, production batch number, net weight, stamp of the inspection department, this standard number and manufacturer's name. Each box should be marked with the product name, net weight, and the words or signs "moisture-proof" and "fragile". 5.4 Products should be protected from moisture, acid and alkali corrosion, and violent magnetic collision during transportation. 5.5 Products should be stored in a dry, ventilated room without acid and alkali atmosphere. 41
