3.2.4 Parts under pressure

3.2.7 Shaft and bushing

3.2.7.3 The shaft extension size should comply with the requirements of GB5662. The sleeve should be wear-resistant and reliably fixed on the shaft. 3.2.7.5 The sleeve and the shaft should be sealed to prevent leakage between the shaft and the sleeve. 3.2.8 The bearing should be extended beyond the sealing gland.
3.2.8.1 Bearings should comply with the regulations of GB276. 3.2.8.2 The bearing temperature shall not be higher than the ambient temperature by 40℃, and the maximum shall not be higher than 80℃. 3.2.8.3 All holes or gaps in the bearing body that communicate with the outside should be able to prevent dirt from entering and lubricating oil from leaking under normal operating conditions.
3.2.8.4, the bearings should be lubricated with thin oil or dry oil. When lubricated with thin oil, a vent plug should be installed on the upper part of the bearing body and an oil drain pipe plug should be installed on the lower part. 3.2.9 Shaft seal
3.2.9.1 The shaft seal of the pump adopts soft packing seal or mechanical seal. 3.2.9.2 The size of the shaft seal cavity should comply with the regulations of GB5661. 3.2.9.3 The mechanical seal should comply with the requirements of GB6556. 3.2.9.4 When soft packing is used, sufficient space should be left outside the stuffing box to facilitate the installation and removal of the packing. 3.2.9.5 The shaft seal cavity should be provided with a hole that can be filled with coolant or sealing liquid, and a cooling cavity should be provided outside the shaft seal cavity. 3.2.10 Coupling
3.2.10.1 The coupling should be able to transmit the maximum torque of the belt power, and the coupling speed should be adapted to the belt power speed. 3.2.10.2 The coupling guard should cover all rotating parts of the coupling. 3.2.11 Base
The base should be able to withstand the force and moment generated by the pipeline without causing the coaxiality of the two half couplings of the pump and the prime mover to exceed the specified value. There should be a sufficient number of grouting holes with a diameter of not less than 100mm on the base. 3.3 Materials of main parts

3.4.1 Castings

3.4.1.2 The surface of the casting should be cleaned and separated by sand blasting, shot blasting, etc. Surface flash and pouring risers should be cut off to make them flush with the surface of the casting.

3.4.3.1 When assembling the pump, the machined surfaces of the parts should be coated with lubricating oil or grease. The inner surface of the oil storage chamber of the bearing body should be cleaned and painted with resistant paint. The exposed surface of the pump should be coated with anti-rust grease. 3.4.3.2 The surface treatment and coating technology requirements of the paint shall comply with the provisions of JB4297. 3.4.3.3 After the pump passes the performance test, the accumulated water in the pump should be removed and the anti-rust treatment should be carried out again. 4 Test methods
4.1 The chemical composition analysis method and mechanical performance test method of the material shall comply with the provisions of the relevant standards in Article 3.3.1. 4.2 The parts under pressure shall be subjected to water pressure test in accordance with the provisions of Article 3.2.4.1. The test medium shall be clean water at room temperature and the pressure holding time shall be not less than 5 minutes.
4.3 The performance test method of the pump shall comply with the provisions of GB3216. 4.4 The vibration measurement method of the pump shall comply with the provisions of GB10889. 4.5 The noise measurement method of the pump shall comply with the provisions of GB10890. 5 Inspection rules
The inspection of the pump is divided into type test and export inspection. 5.1 Type test
5.1.1 Type test should be conducted in one of the following situations: new products or old products transferred to the factory for trial production and identification; a.
After formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; b.
When periodic inspection is conducted for mass-produced products; c.
d. When the product is resumed after a long period of suspension; when the factory inspection results are significantly different from the last type test. e.
5.1.2 The inspection items should be in accordance with the provisions of GB3216, and vibration and noise inspections should be conducted at the same time. 5.1.3 The number of units to be inspected should be no less than 2.
5.2 Factory inspection
5.2.1 Products produced in mass production should be inspected at the factory. 5.2.2 The inspection items should be in accordance with the provisions of GB3216. 5.2.3 The number of units to be inspected and the sampling rules should be in accordance with the provisions of GB2828. The sampling method can be one or two samplings, and the inspection level is I. The qualified quality level AQL is 4.
5.3 Final inspection
Each pump must be finally inspected by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer according to the order form, and the scope of supply of the complete set should be correct. The packing documents should be complete, and the product can only be shipped after the product quality certificate is issued. 6 Warranty period
If the user selects the product appropriately and abides by the storage and use rules, within 18 months from the date of shipment from the manufacturer, the continuous operation shall not exceed 12 months. If the product is damaged or cannot work normally due to poor manufacturing quality, the manufacturer shall repair or replace the product 612
or parts (excluding wearing parts) for the user free of charge.
7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
