Revision Notes
This specification is edited by the former Ministry of Machinery Industry in accordance with the requirements of the State Planning Commission's Document No. 450 [1986], which is required by the State Planning Commission. Specifically, it was organized by the Installation Engineering Standard and Quota Station of the Ministry of Machinery Industry, and jointly revised with the First Metallurgical Construction Corporation of the Ministry of Metallurgy, the Construction Technology Research Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry, the Technical Standard Center of the National Installation Association, and Chongqing Jianzhu University. During the revision process, the revision group carefully summarized the experience since the implementation of the first volume of the "General Provisions" of the original "Construction and Acceptance Specifications for Mechanical Equipment Installation Engineering", fully investigated and understood the new materials, new technologies and new processes in my country's mechanical equipment installation industry, and strictly followed the procedures, steps and requirements of the Ministry of Construction to revise the standard specifications. Finally, our department reviewed and finalized it together with relevant departments.
This specification is divided into 8 chapters, 18 sections and 20 appendices. The main contents of the revision are: 1. The original "General Provisions" for equipment installation projects have been revised into general specifications applicable to all types of mechanical equipment installation projects across the country, expanding the coverage of the specification. 2. New technologies and processes have been added, such as expansion anchor bolts, epoxy mortar anchor bolts, vibration damping pads, installation without washer iron, slurry method, hydraulic and pneumatic lubrication pipelines, coupling assembly has been expanded to 11 varieties and types, and the technical requirements, methods and quality inspections for cleaning, rust removal and degreasing are more clear. 3. The original specification was formulated in the 1970s, and its parameters and technical requirements are less scientific and practical. With the development of my country's products and construction technology, this revision has been comprehensively revised in accordance with my country's current standards and mature construction technology. 4. Nouns, terminology, geometric tolerances and measurement units have been greatly revised in accordance with the current national standards and regulations of the equipment installation industry. If you find any need to modify or supplement this specification during the implementation process, please send your opinions and relevant materials to the Management Group of the General Specifications for Construction and Acceptance of Mechanical Equipment Installation Engineering of the Installation Engineering Standard and Quota Station of the Ministry of Machinery Industry (Address: No. 277 Wangfujing Street, Beijing, Postal Code: 100740) for reference in future revisions.
