5 Test method
5.1 Test chemicals
The chemicals used in this standard are all chemically pure; the various solutions used in this standard are for one-time use; the negative PS plate developer ink used in this standard is a special developer ink. 5.2 Product appearance inspection
Visually observe the layout under a yellow safety light. It should be flat and evenly coated without creases, scratches, spots, bubbles and other defects. 5.3 Product thickness inspection
Measure with a micrometer. At least 4 points are measured on each plate. The measuring points should be located on the four sides, 10 cm away from the edge. The arithmetic mean of the thickness of each point is taken as the product thickness of the plate. The maximum difference of the thickness of each point of the plate is the thickness deviation of the same plate. At least two products in the same batch are measured. The difference between the maximum and minimum values ​​is the thickness deviation of the same batch of products. 5.4 Ra value determination of plate base surface roughness
The roughness of this product is only measured for Ra value. Remove the photosensitive layer with the corresponding solvent, rinse with water, dry, cool to room temperature, and use a roughness tester with an accuracy of 0.01μm to measure the Ra value of any five points on each plate, and take the arithmetic mean as the result. 5.5.1 Treatment solution preparation
In a beaker with a scale, add 500~~800mL of distilled water, add 20g of anhydrous chromium trioxide, add 85% phosphoric acid 35mL after dissolving, and then dilute to 1000mL with distilled water, mix evenly, 5.5.2 Determination
In the diagonal direction of the PS plate, cut three test pieces larger than 10cm×10cm in the area more than 10cm away from the edge. 5.7.1 Resolution measurement
Use a special PS plate imaging performance test strip, expose the PS plate test piece with ultraviolet light according to the conditions recommended by the manufacturer, and observe the resolution test strip image of the processed test piece with a magnifying glass of 30 times or more after development. The line width that can clearly distinguish black and white lines is the resolution of the test piece. The continuous line without breaks should be used as the standard for judgment. 5.7.2 Dot reproduction ability measurement
Use a special PS plate imaging performance test strip marked with a dot area of ​​0.5%~99.5%. After exposing and developing the PS plate test piece according to the conditions of 5.7.1, use a magnifying glass of 30 times or more to observe the dot reproduction of the processed test piece. 5.7.3 Determination of plate base color

PS plate test piece is exposed and developed according to 5.7.1, rinsed with water, and dried. Then, the base color of half of the test piece is removed with the corresponding solvent. The density of the part without base color removal and the density of the part with base color removal are measured with a reflection densitometer. The difference between the two density values ​​is the base color of the plate. 5.8 Ink performance measurement
Use a special PS plate imaging performance test strip with a gradient density difference of 0.15. According to the conditions of 5.7.1, light and development are carried out. Use absorbent gauze to lift the ink on the plate, rinse with clean water and visually observe the inking situation. The inking starting area should be located in the plate exposure area corresponding to the exposure gradient density value of 0.60~1.05. It is unqualified when it is lower than 0.60 or higher than 1.05. 5.9 Hydrophilicity test
After exposure, development and ink extraction according to 5.8, rinse the remaining ink with water. There should be no ink marks on the blank part of the plate when observed by daylight.
