Technical conditions for ZBJ72039 ventilator rivet welding parts (GB6514 Painting Work Safety Regulations Painting Process Safety 3 Technical Requirements
3.1 Unless there are special requirements, the non-processed surfaces of ventilator parts and components shall be painted. The inner and outer surfaces of ventilator parts and components are generally The coating construction should be completed before the commissioning, and the final topcoat coating should be applied on the decorative outer surface after the commissioning is completed bzxz.net
It is allowed for large ventilators used in power stations, mines, tunnels, etc. The primer will leave the factory after completion, and the topcoat will be applied after the on-site installation is completed. This should be clearly stipulated in the agreement or contract
3.2 When the parts and components of the ventilator have special requirements such as heat resistance, corrosion resistance, and oil resistance. , use corresponding heat-resistant coatings, corrosion coatings, and oil-resistant coatings, and generally shall not be replaced by other coatings
3.3 The surface quality requirements of the fan before painting are as follows: 3.3.1 The surface of the fan plate must be smooth before painting. , Flatness requirements should comply with the provisions of ZBJ72039. 3.3.2 Before painting, the surface of parts and components must be cleaned of raised foreign matter, welding slag, spatter, and flesh. No burrs, sharp edges, iron filings, oil stains, dust, etc. are allowed on the surface. .
3.3.3 Before painting the fan rivet welding parts, according to the provisions of GB8923, the rust levels are four levels: A, B, C, and D, and they should be processed to the following different rust removal levels: || tt|| Processed by shot blasting and sand blasting, should comply with the requirements of Sa2 and Sa2% in GB8923; a.
Use manual and power tools for rust removal, and should comply with the requirements of St2 or St3 in GB8923; b. | |tt | |The Ministry of Machinery Industry of the People's Republic of China approved the implementation on 1994-07-01 on 1993-07-01

3.3.5 Apply heat-resistant paint, corrosion-resistant paint, acid-resistant paint and other special coating requirements. The surface processing must show a uniform metallic luster and comply with Painting construction can only be carried out according to the Sa3 regulations in GB8923. 3.4 Painting process requirements
3.4.1 After the surface processing of the ventilator parts and components that need to be painted is completed, the manual painting of primer must be completed within 24 hours. 3.4.2 The inner surface of the product stator, impeller, etc. The primer and topcoat of rotating parts shall not be applied less than once. 3.4.3 Coating construction must have matching primer, putty, topcoat and thinner. 3.4.4 The inner surfaces of the fan bearing box, transmission, and fuel tank should be coated with oil-resistant paint. If oil-resistant paint is not applied, they must be treated with anti-rust treatment. 3.4.5 If there are obvious depressions in the painted parts, they should be filled with putty. Generally, the entire surface of the casting should be coated with a thin layer of putty, and then polished after drying, and then a second thin layer of putty should be applied; it must be fine, smooth, and evenly coated. Generally, the thickness of each layer of putty does not exceed 0.5mm, and it needs to be dried before proceeding to the next process. 3.4.6 Primer should generally be applied manually, and the thickness of each layer of paint film should be controlled to be 0.035~0.05mm. 3.4.7 The method for applying decorative topcoat is as follows: 3.4.7.1 The topcoat is sprayed, and the workpiece must be clean and free of dust, oil, etc. before spraying. 3.4.7.2 Spraying topcoat is generally carried out in an environment where the relative humidity does not exceed 70%. When the relative humidity exceeds 70%, moisture-proof measures should be taken for the construction of flux volatile paints.
3.4.7.3 The thickness of each layer of topcoat is generally 0.02~~0.05mm. 3.4.8 During the construction of primer and topcoat, the ambient temperature should not be lower than 5C. The site should be clean and ventilated during construction. 3.4.9 The total number of decorative outer surfaces and paint layers of the ventilator shall not be less than 3 layers. 3.4.10
) After the primer construction of the ventilator parts and components, if the primer peels off, rusts, etc., it should be Re-process the surfaces of parts and components, and redo primer construction.
4 Coating material requirements
4.1 The primer selected should comply with the relevant standards of the selected paint type. Its adhesion is level 2, and the test method is determined according to GB1720. 4.1.1 The viscosity of the primer (Tu-4 viscometer) should comply with the standards of the selected paint type, and the test method is determined according to GB1723. 4.1.2 The water resistance of the primer coating shall not blister or rust for at least 24 hours. The test method shall be determined according to GB1733. 4.1.3 The impact strength of the primer film should not be less than 400N·cm, and the test method is determined according to GB1732. 4.1.4 The actual drying time of the "perfluoroethylene" primer should not be more than 2 hours, and the actual drying time of the oil-based primer should not be more than 2 hours. More than 24h. 4.2 Surfacer
The choice of surfacer should comply with the relevant standards of the selected paint type, and its quality requirements should not be lower than those of the primer. 4.3 Topcoat
The quality of the topcoat selected should comply with relevant standards and meet the following requirements: a.
b.

The topcoat should have good hiding power, and the testing method is determined according to GB1726. The gloss of the topcoat should be greater than or equal to 70%, and the measurement method is according to GB1743. The adhesion should be at least level 3, and the measurement method is according to GB1723. The viscosity (Tu-4 viscometer) measurement method is determined according to GB1723. When topcoats and other paints need to be thinned, special or general thinners for this type of paint must be used. 4.4 The putty should have good scratching, drying, polishing, leveling, oil resistance, small shrinkage, and strong adhesion to the paint. 4.5 Inspection of paint

5 Safety and hygiene of painting
The safety and hygiene of painting should comply with the regulations of GB6514. 6 Ventilator coating inspection
6.1 The protective coating of ventilator products must be firm, and defects such as missed coating, sagging, blistering, shrinkage, obvious scratches, and bruises are not allowed. 6.2 The decorative coating of ventilator products must be firm, uniform in appearance, and have the gloss that the paint should have. Defects such as missed coating, sagging, bubbling, shrinkage, loss of gloss, and obvious scratches are not allowed. 6.3 If necessary, coating thickness inspection should be carried out. The thickness and number of paint films on the decorative outer surface, stator inner surface, impeller rotating parts, etc. should comply with 3.4.2, 3.4.5, 3.4.6, 3.4.9 and 4.4. The provisions of 7.3. 6.4 The edges, corners and lines of the product coating should be neat, beautiful and clear. 6.5 After the product is painted, it must be inspected by the inspection department under sufficient light conditions. If the product is qualified, fill in the words "Painting Passed" and sign it before it can be packed into the warehouse. Additional instructions:
