After assembly, the whole machine should operate flexibly. 4.4 The pneumatic pre-supply oil pump should maintain sealing performance, and there should be no air or oil leakage at each connection under the air pressure specified in Table 1. 4.5 Under normal working conditions, the oil pump part of the electric pre-supply oil pump should not leak oil. 4.6 The rust prevention of the pre-supply oil pump should comply with the provisions of JB/T3576. The paint quality of the pre-supply oil pump should comply with the provisions of JB/T9857. 4.75 4.8 The quality of the gray cast iron parts of the pre-supply oil pump should comply with the provisions of JB/T5937. 4.9 The quality of the machined parts of the pre-supply oil pump should comply with the provisions of B Gate 7164. 4.10 The cleanliness index of the pre-supply oil system shall not exceed 500m (except for molybdenum disulfide and calcium-based grease). 5 Test method 5.1 The sealing of the pre-supply oil shall be inspected by visual inspection. 5.2 When the air intake pressure of the pneumatic pre-supply oil is 0.63MPa, the oil temperature of HC-14 diesel engine oil (other types of oil with the same performance may also be used) is higher than 60℃, and the output oil pressure is 0.15-0.20MPa, the output oil flow rate shall be measured by a flow meter. 5.3 The inspection of the air consumption plate of the pneumatic pre-supply oil pump shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T5621. 5.4 When the electric pre-supply oil pump is at a voltage of 24V, the oil temperature of HC-14 diesel engine oil (other types of oil with the same performance may also be used) is higher than 60℃, and the output oil pressure is 0.15~0.20MPa, the output oil flow rate of the plate shall be measured by a flow meter. 5.5·The cleanliness test of the pre-supply oil pump shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of JB/T4041. 6 Inspection rules 6.1 The pre-supply oil pump must be inspected and accepted by the inspection department of the manufacturer and can only be shipped after the product certificate is issued. 6.2 The inspection of the pre-supply oil pump is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 6.3 The manufacturer shall conduct factory inspection for each product, and the contents include: output oil pressure, output oil flow, sealing and appearance quality. 6.4 Type inspection shall be carried out in any of the following situations: a) New products developed (including when old products are transferred to the factory for production); b) When the product has major changes in design, technology or materials used; c) Products produced in batches or in large quantities shall be carried out every 3 to 5 years; d) When the national quality supervision agency proposes a requirement for type inspection. 6.4.1 Type inspection is to inspect all the requirements specified in this standard. 6.4.2 Products subject to type inspection shall be randomly selected from products that have passed the factory inspection. 6.5 When spot checking product quality, the normal inspection sampling plan of GB/T2828 shall be followed and the general inspection level I shall be adopted. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage 7.1 Products shall be marked in obvious places, and the contents shall include: a) manufacturer's name or trademark; b) product model and product name: c) output oil pressure and flow; d) product number: e) production date (year, month). JB/T71702000 7.2 The quality of product packaging shall comply with the provisions of B/T7302. 7.3 The following documents shall be attached to the product packaging: a) packing list: b) product certificate: c) product installation, use and maintenance instructions. 7.4 The product should be waterproof and moisture-proof during transportation and storage, and it is not allowed to be mixed with corrosive items. 7.5 The product should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse and should not rust within 6 months from the date of leaving the factory.
