1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, structural types and classifications, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, transportation and storage of wooden panel boxes (hereinafter referred to as panel boxes).
This standard applies to the design, production, use and inspection of panel boxes with a single-layer wooden panel height of 200mm. Panel boxes of other height specifications can be used for reference.

According to the material of the box board used for the wooden collar, it can be divided into solid wood collar box and plywood collar box. According to the circulation environment and applicable scope, it can be divided into ordinary panel boxes and light panel boxes, see Table 1. 5.1 Component requirements
5.1.1 Base

The base should adopt the wooden flat pallet specified in GB/T31148. 5.1.2 Wooden panels and roofs
5.1.2.1 Wooden boards
BB/T0080—2019
The moisture content of wooden boards for wooden panels and roofs shall be 14%-20%, and the quality defects of wooden boards shall comply with the requirements of Grade 1 given in Table 3 of GB/T18926-2008. When necessary, anti-insect treatment shall be carried out. 5.1.2.2 Plywood
Plywood for wooden panels and roofs shall comply with the provisions of GB/T24311, and the formaldehyde emission shall comply with the requirements of Grade E2 specified in GB/T24311.

Metal hinges
The steel plate for metal hinges shall comply with the provisions of GB/T2518-2008, and the surface of the steel plate shall be double-sided galvanized with equal thickness, and the quality of the zinc layer shall be greater than 80g/m.
5.1.2.4 Rivets
Rivets for wooden panels shall comply with the provisions of GB/T872 and GB/T875. 5.2 Appearance requirements
5.2.1 The surface of the box board of the wooden panel shall be clean, burr-free and pollution-free. 5.2.2 Metal hinges shall not have rust, mechanical damage, or defects such as burrs and sharp edges that affect their use. When pressing with the box board, the pressing surface shall be flat, and the tooth tip shall be bent back on the back of the box board. 5.2.3 When the metal hinge is riveted to the box board, the surface of the metal hinge shall be prevented from being scratched. 5.3 Dimension and tolerance requirements
5.3.1 The dimensions and tolerances of the base shall comply with the provisions of GB/T2934. 5.3.2 The dimensions and tolerances of the wooden panels shall comply with the provisions of Appendix A. 5.3.3 The manufacturing tolerance of the plane dimensions of the top cover is -mm, and the difference between the lengths of the two diagonals shall not exceed 3mm. 5.4 Physical and mechanical performance requirements of components

6.1 Pretreatment

Residual deformation of the tongue under the specified load
No obvious damage, the horizontal displacement of the coaming box is not more than 10mm, and the vertical deformation is not more than 5mm. The box body is not obviously damaged, and the contents are not scattered. The box board is not cracked, the box body is not obviously damaged, and the metal dumpling chain has no functional damage. Select a temperature and humidity condition closest to the actual environmental conditions from the provisions of GB/T4857.2, and pretreat for 48 hours. Special requirements can be agreed upon by both parties.
Wood moisture content
The determination of wood moisture content shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T1931. 6.3 Quality defects and appearance
The quality defects of wooden boards shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of 7.3 in GB/T18926—2008. 6.3.1
The quality of zinc layer shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 18 in GB/T2518-2008. 6.3.2

Dimensions and tolerances
The dimensions and tolerances of the panel boxes shall be inspected by steel rulers, tape measures, etc., with an accuracy of 0.5mm. 6.6 Boxboard bending test
6.6.1 Test equipment and instruments
Test equipment and instruments shall meet the following requirements: 5

Compression testing machine, indication error shall not exceed ±2%, pressure plate displacement accuracy shall not exceed ±1mm; b) the positioning accuracy of the center of the applied test load shall be ±5mm; c) the accuracy of the test measuring instrument shall be ±0.2mm; d) the positioning accuracy of the test component shall be ±2mm, and the positioning accuracy of the measuring instrument shall be ±4mm. 6.6.2 Sample preparation
Cut boxboards with a length of 600mm from different wooden panels as samples, the sawing error shall be ±2mm, and the number of samples shall be 6.6.2.1

6.6.2.2 For six-hinged panels, in addition to the provisions of 6.6.2.1, boxboards with intermediate hinges shall also be cut as samples. The length of the specimen is 600mm, the hinge is located in the middle of the specimen, the sawing error is ±2mm, and the number of specimens is 3. 6.6.3 Test steps
6.6.3.1 Place the specimen horizontally on the support. For the box board specimen with a middle hinge, the hinge should be placed in the middle. The load distribution plate is symmetrically located on both sides of the center line of the specimen. The pressure test machine plate applies pressure to the specimen through the load distribution plate. The test device is shown in Figure 3. 6.6.3.2 During the test, the pressure test machine plate applies load at a uniform speed of (30±5) mm/min. When the shear load reaches the load value specified in Table 6, measure and record the bending deformation of the middle part of the specimen. 6.7.3 Test steps
6.7.3.1 Flatten the sample and clamp the two sheets connected to the hinge according to the test device shown in Figure 4. The effective clamping length is not less than 100mm.
6.7.3.2 The direction of the tensile load F is consistent with the flattening direction of the sample. The sample should not rotate around the metal hinge pin. The distance between the clamping device and the metal hinge pin is 150mm.
6.7.3.3 During the test, the material testing machine stretches the specimen at a speed of (30 ± 5) mm/min. When the tensile load reaches the load value specified in Table 7, observe the damage of the plate and hinge. If the specimen is damaged, the test should be stopped. 6.7.3.4 If the specimen is not damaged, when the load is unloaded to zero, measure and record the residual deformation of the specimen. 6.7.3.5 Reapply the load until the specimen is torn or detached, and record the load value at this time as the maximum tensile load. 6.8.3 Test steps

6.8.3.1 Place a set of specimens consisting of a base and a wooden panel horizontally on the test bench, place a fixed mass block with a mass of 100kg above the wooden panel, and apply a lateral load to the wooden panel box board 100mm away from the upper surface of the base. 6.8.3.2 When the lateral load reaches the load value specified in Table 8, stop applying the load and record the displacement of the loading bar in the horizontal direction.
