When this standard is published, the versions shown are all valid. All standards will be revised. All parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest versions of the following standards: GB/T9112-2000 Types and parameters of steel pipe flanges GB/T9124-2000 Technical conditions for steel pipe flanges 3 Types and sizes of flanges PN2.0, PN5.0, PN11.0, PN15.0 and PN26.0MPa The types of ring-joined neck flat-welded steel pipe flanges shall comply with the provisions of Figure 1, and the sizes shall comply with the provisions of Tables 1 to 5. 4 Technical requirements for flanges 4.1 The technical requirements for flanges shall comply with the provisions of GB/T9124, 4.2 The maximum non-impact working pressure of flanges at different temperatures shall comply with the provisions of Appendix A (Standard Appendix) of GB/T9124--2000. 4.3 The welding joint type and groove size of the flange shall comply with the provisions of Appendix B (Suggestive Appendix) of GB/T9124-2000. 5 Marking 5.1 The flange shall be marked according to the nominal diameter, nominal pressure, sealing surface type code and standard number. 5.2 The type code of the flange sealing surface shall comply with the provisions of GB/T9112. 5.3 Marking example Ring-joint face with neck flat welded steel pipe flange with nominal diameter 80mm and nominal pressure 5.0MPa (50bar): Flange DN80-PN50RJGB/T 9116.4--2000Approved by the State Administration of Quality and Technical Supervision on September 28, 2000154 Implementation on July 1, 2001 GB/T9116.4—2000 1) The height of the protruding part is the same as the depth dimension E of the trapezoidal groove, but is not subject to the tolerance of dimension E. The standard consists of the following 4 parts: GB/T9117.1-2000 Raised face socket-welded steel pipe flange with neck GB/T9117.2—2000 Concave and convex face socket-welded steel pipe flange with neck GB/T9117.3-2000 Grooved face socket-welded steel pipe flange with neck GB/T9117.4-2000 Ring-joined face socket-welded steel pipe flange This standard is based on the reference ISO7005-1:1992 "Metal Flanges Part 1: Steel Flanges" and other international and foreign advanced standards, combined with domestic usage, the original standard has been modified as follows: 1 The composition of the original standard has been greatly adjusted. The original standard consisting of one flange type, one sealing surface type and one pressure level has been changed to one flange type, one sealing surface type and all pressure levels, thus compressing the original 8 standards into 4. 2 The content of the original standard has been appropriately modified and expanded. The types and sizes of the PN2.0MPa flat-surface socket-welded steel pipe flanges with necks in the original standard have been cancelled; the types and sizes of the PN15.0 and PN26.0MPa concave and convex surfaces and groove surfaces as well as the PN2.0, PN5.0, PN11.0, PN15.0 and PN26.0MPa ring-joined surface socket-welded steel pipe flanges with necks have been added. 3 The pressure levels in the original standard have been appropriately adjusted. The pressure level PN10.0MPa belonging to the American system has been adjusted to PN11.0MPa according to ISO7005-1:1992. The purpose of the adjustment is to avoid confusion with the flange sizes of the corresponding pressure levels of the European flange system. 4 Some dimensions in the original standard, such as bolt specifications, bolt hole diameter, sealing surface diameter, etc., have been appropriately modified according to ISO7005-1:1992. 5 The sealing surface "convex surface" in the original standard has been changed to "raised surface". The PN2.0, PN5.0 and PN11.0MPa flange dimensions in this standard belong to the American flange system, and these flange dimensions are interchangeable with the flange dimensions of the corresponding pressure level in America. The PN2.0, PN5.0, PN11.0 and PN15.0MPa flange dimensions in this standard are equivalent to the flange dimensions of ISO7005-1:1992. The writing format of this standard is different from that of ISO7005-1:1992. The reason for adopting the current writing format is mainly to consider the convenience of use and the inheritance in the implementation of the standard. This standard shall replace GB/T9117.2~~9117.8-~1988 from the date of implementation: GB/T9117.1--1988 shall be abolished. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Pipeline Accessories. The drafting units of this standard are: Mechanical Science Research Institute, National Chemical Equipment Design Technology Center, Zhejiang Chaoda Valve Co., Ltd., Wuxi Petrochemical General Parts Factory, Dajin Jinding Pipeline Co., Ltd. The main drafters of this standard are: Li Junying, Yu Jun, Qiu Xiaolai, Wang Hanzhou, Li Renxing, Gao Deliang. This standard was first issued in 1988 and revised for the first time in 2000. 161 Tip: This standard content only shows part of the intercepted content of the complete standard.
