4.1 The filter press temperature meets the requirements of this standard and is manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.2 The surface coating of the filter press frame is allowed to have the following two types: a) Technical separation. The thickness of the layer shall not be less than 1.5mm. Two layers of epoxy resin paint shall be applied on the outside of the glass fiber reinforced plastic coating, and its thickness shall not be less than 6μm. 1! Paint purchased with. The first layer is 720 zinc primer, and the film thickness shall not be less than 74: the first layer is 2 tantalum primer, and the thickness shall not be less than 90um: the fourth layer is 6103 chlorinated resin paint, and the thickness shall not be less than 30. The paint film adhesion shall not exceed the first level of GB1720.
4.3 The tensioning should have the function of keeping the upper and lower filter belts tensioned. When the filter press is working, the tension degree should be adjusted as white, and its synchronous machine should move flexibly. The surface of the machine should be coated with a grinding layer. 4.4 The surface of the filter press, the pressure gauge and the adjustment surface should be covered with amine, and the mechanical properties of the rubber should meet the requirements of Table 2. 4.5 The filter belt adjustment end installation should ensure that the filter is automatically returned to its original position when the filter is offset. In the event of a serious shear at the end of the adjustment failure, it should be able to work with the dynamic grid
(pneumatic part) The pipelines are well sealed and leak-free under the designed working pressure. 47 The filter press runs smoothly and flexibly. The pressure level during operation should not be less than 8 (A). The parallelism of the tracks between all the rollers should not be lower than the K level in 11. 4.9 The hollow rollers of the filter press should be tested for balance. The static moment should be marked on the main plate. 4.10 The pull-wire emergency stop switch should be flexible and can be installed. 4.11 When running without load, the temperature of the shaft should not be higher than 6℃, and the rise should not be higher than 20℃. 4.12 The water pipe of the filter should be cleaned effectively, and the bottom can be washed without running. 4.13 The fastening parts of the filter should be treated by methods such as galvanizing, etc. 4.14 The material should be scraped into a small parallel surface of the material shoe, and the gap between the blade and the radial surface should be .5mm. 4.15 The cross frame should be The outer parts shall be evenly coated with two layers of flow paint and two layers of topcoat. The total thickness of the paint coating should not be less than 1㎡ (the second level in iBT[720). The painting should be evenly applied. There shall be no defects such as paint peeling, falling off, cracks and flow. 4.16 Unfiltered food supply specification
a) All parts of the machine (excluding its attached equipment, filter increase, etc.);
) Control switch cabinet.
5 Test method
5.1 The filter press should be tested for 2h at a high speed with the maximum tension of the filter belt, and the following should be checked: 2) Use the daily test method to check whether the actions of 43 and 4.7 are flexible, accurate and reliable; b) Used to push the sensor baffle, check whether the adjustment setting in 4.5 is flexible: D is used to pull the limit switch and emergency stop switch, and verify the feasibility of 4.1: d, open the full wash cover, and increase the water pressure to the maximum allowable value, and connect the GB13768 auxiliary filter press to the market level. 5.2 The requirements of 4.4 should be checked by checking the quality certificate documents: 5.3 For 4.8 The requirements of the specified cost should be checked according to GB/T1958, and the thickness of the measuring tool used should not be less than 0.05m: 5.4 The glue cost in 4.6 should be tested before testing. Water is injected into the sleeve, and the amount should not be less than 1.25 times the design. 5.5 The appearance quality of the filter should be observed by the gums: The paint thickness is measured by magnetic thickness gauge, and the paint film should be checked according to the provisions of 1RT1720.
6 Inspection regulations
6.1 Inspection classification
