This standard applies to the determination of acid resistance of resistant materials. 2 Reference standards HG/T2128 Chemical equipment for material processing: Technical conditions for pipes and pipe fittings Principle Under the specified temperature, concentration and time conditions, the pressed test sample is completely immersed in the equipment, and the acid resistance is calculated by measuring the loss of the sample. 4 Reagents and instruments 4.1 Hydrochloric acid: concentration 22% (pure). 4.2 Constant temperature water bath: temperature controlled to 100℃ 4.3 Conical flask (with grinder): 500mL 4.4 Glass condenser (with grinder): 400mm. 4.5 Analytical balance: accurate to 0.001g 4.6 Oven: electric heating blast type, temperature controllable at 100~105℃: 5 Sample preparation Prepare the sample according to HG/T21284.2.1. 6 Test steps 6.1 Take three samples with the size of (60±1)mm×(15±0.2)mm×(10±0.2)mm, wipe the back wings and place them in a desiccator for 24h. 6.2 Weigh the sample (accurate to 0.001g), place the sample in 500mL conical flasks (no surface contact between the samples), add 100~120mL hydrochloric acid (4.1), make the surface of the sample completely submerged in the acid, install a condenser on the flask, and place the test Put the sample in a boiling water bath and heat for 24±0.5h. Rinse the sample surface with cold water and boil it in boiling water for 1h. Rinse it with cold water and wipe the surface with a clean cloth. Then put it in a 100-105℃ oven for 4h. Take it out and put it in a desiccator. After cooling to room temperature, weigh it (accurate to 0.001g) 7 Result Expression Approved by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China on August 19, 1991 and implemented on January 1, 1992||tt| |HIG/T-2106—91 Acidity (%) (1 Mass of sample before pickling, g; Where: m\— m,——Mass of sample after pickling and drying, g; m.-m Calculate the arithmetic mean of the acid resistance of 3 samples. If the range does not exceed 0.4%, it is valid. Otherwise, repeat the test. Test report The test report should include the following items: Test item name; Source of the sample Source and batch number; Boiling temperature of water bath; Test results and arithmetic mean of each sample; Visual inspection of samples; Test date and personnel.
