The assembly of the product shall be complete, accurate, flexible and reliable in operation. 4.8 The quality of heat-treated parts shall comply with the provisions of JB7151. 4.9 The quality of product coating shall comply with the provisions of JB9857. 4.1 The anti-rust of the product shall comply with the provisions of JB/T3576. 4.11 The measured value of the cleanliness of the product shall be <250 imgs 4.2 The technical requirements of fasteners shall comply with the provisions of Appendix B (Reminders). 4.13 The technical performance of the pot belt used in the product shall comply with the provisions of YB/T025. 4.14 The parts and components of the same number of products shall be interchangeable. 4.15 The appearance of the product shall be neat and the color shall be uniform. 5 Test methods 5.1 The inspection of product cleanliness shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of 4041, and the inspection of tensile strength shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Appendix A [Appendix to the standard]. 6 Inspection rules 6.1 Products must be inspected and qualified by the manufacturing inspection department and accompanied by a product certificate before they can leave the factory. 6.2 The factory inspection of products shall be carried out in accordance with the inspection specifications formulated by the manufacturer based on the products, and the basic vertical data of the products shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. 6.3 The cleanliness of products may be inspected by random, but at least once a month. 6.4 Products shall be inspected and adjusted in the following situations: a) When the new products are undergoing finalization appraisal; b) When the product undergoes major changes in design, process and material; c) When the product is discontinued for more than 2 years and then resumed; d) Products produced in batches or in large quantities shall be inspected every 3-5 years. 6.5 Products undergoing type inspection shall be randomly selected from the qualified products. 6.7 When sampling and inspecting the quality of products, the normal inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the normal inspection specified in 6B.2828.
