4.3.3 Drying intensity determination and calculation
JB/T 7317--94
The amount of water evaporated per effective drying volume per hour is the drying intensity, calculated according to formula (3), and the results are recorded in Table 4: G.
Wherein, G, drying intensity, kg water/(mh); H. Moisture content of cotton seed before drying, %:
H. Moisture content of cotton seed after drying, %.
4.3.4 Energy consumption measurement and calculation
Energy consumption measurement should be carried out for no less than 3 shifts and can be combined with production tests. The results are recorded in Table 4. 4.3.4.1 Heat consumption is the heat required to vaporize each dry gram of water, calculated according to formula (4): 1-HG.g
Where: Q heat consumption, kJ/kg water
G.--Energy consumption, kg (kW·h):
-The calorific value of the actual energy used, kJ/kg (kW·h)qe
4.3.4.2 Coal consumption is the energy consumed to process each 100kg of seed cotton converted into the weight of standard coal. Calculated according to formula (5): Ga.
Ga C, × 2s3 × 10 × 100
Where: G.--Coal consumption, kg standard coal/100kg seed cotton. (3)
(5)
4.3.4.3 The kilowatt-hour seed cotton processing capacity is the weight of seed cotton processed by the unit electrical energy consumed in conveying the drying medium and mechanical transmission, calculated according to formula (6).
Wherein: Ga-kilowatt-hour seed cotton processing capacity, kg/(kW·h); Na——power consumption. kW·h.
4.3.5 Noise measurement
(6)
The test sample should be placed 2m away from the wall. The sound level meter should be placed 1m away from the sample and 1.5m from the ground at several different positions (not less than 5 points) to measure the noise. The average value is taken and the result is recorded in Table 5. 4.3.6 Cotton fiber quality inspection
The cotton fiber quality inspection is carried out by professional cotton inspectors according to the items and methods specified in GB1103. The results are recorded in Table 3. 5 Production test
5.1 Test purpose
Under production conditions, the performance stability, reliability, economy, adaptability, adjustment and maintenance convenience and safety of the dryer are evaluated.
5.2 Test requirements
The test prototype shall be in accordance with
