The upper and lower plates of the fixture should be parallel. The width of the plate should be 40mm and the length should be at least 1.5 times the diameter of the test specimen. Then it should be fixed on the top of the ground bracket beam. The angle steel used for this beam is 50~60mm wide and not less than 1m long. Use a metal wire with a diameter of approximately 2mm to tie a metal guide rod with a diameter of 12mm and a length of not less than 1m to the side groove of the test sample as a high-voltage electrode. The guide rod should be placed horizontally and at an angle of 90° to the beam. The distance between the ground beam and the ground as well as the test sample and high-voltage electrode and foreign objects should be no less than 1m. If one or more test items fail, the batch will be rejected. However, if only the dimensions or geometric tolerances fail to pass the inspection, inspections are allowed one by one, and qualified products can leave the factory. 7.5 Type test When a new product is trial-formulated or the structure of a normal product is modified, or the raw material formula and process method are changed, all type tests must be carried out, or part of the type test must be carried out according to the nature of the change. The type test adopts a piece-rate one-time sampling plan, and the judgment criteria are shown in Table 6. After the test, if all items are qualified, the type test is passed. If one or more test items are unqualified, the type test is failed. 8 Packaging and Marking 8.1 The packaging of insulators is recommended to comply with the provisions of JB/Z94. 8.2 The insulators should be clearly and firmly marked with the manufacturer's trademark and year of manufacture in the parts specified in the drawing. 8.3 The insulator packaging box or label should be marked: | |tt||a.Manufacturer name: b.
