This standard is a revision of the technical conditions for carbon graphite sealing rings for electromechanical injection in JB/T-8872-1999. The main changes of this standard compared with B/T8872-1999 are as follows: The classification is modified according to the provisions of JB/T9580-1999, and the glass-impregnated, silver-impregnated magnet graphite series and silicified jade series specified in the original standard are added! The inspection items are adjusted from 4.1-~4.10 to 4.2~4.10. The three appendices of the original standard are controlled in terms of their nature and function. They are included in the supplementary requirements of this standard as informative appendices. In this revision, the tables A.1, B.1, and CI of the original appendices A, B, and C are appropriately adjusted and supplemented. This standard replaces 1999-1999.
Appendix A, Appendix B, and Appendix C of this standard are informative appendices. This standard is proposed by the China Machinery Industry Federation. 4.9 The graphite sealing ring should be subjected to water pressure. The sealing ring test of the unbalanced and balanced mechanical seals is 1MPa plus 2.4MPa, and the test lasts for 1 day. No leakage is allowed. If there are special requirements, it shall be carried out according to the drawing. 4.10 The carbon mother sealing ring shall not have any wrinkles, oxidation, delamination, penetration points, and stains. 4.11 The chemical resistance, friction coefficient, recommended materials and thermal performance of carbon graphite sealing rings shall refer to Appendix A, Appendix B and Appendix C of the informative appendix respectively.
5 Test methods
5.1 The test methods for the hardness, flexural strength, compressive strength, bulk density and opening porosity of carbon graphite sealing ring materials shall be carried out in accordance with the standard of GB/T 3177-1997 and GB1958-1980.
52 The water pressure test of carbon graphite sealing ring materials shall be carried out on a special water pressure test device. 5.3 The dimensional tolerance and geometric tolerance of carbon graphite sealing rings shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GBT 3177-1997 and GB1958-1980 respectively. 5.4 The surface of the graphite sealing ring shall be checked by visual method. 6 Inspection regulations
6.1 Carbon graphite sealing rings shall be inspected by the quality inspection department before leaving the factory, and the inspection items shall be carried out in accordance with 4.2~4.10. 6.2 The sampling plan for the hardness, flexural strength, positive strength, hardness and open porosity of carbon graphite sealing ring materials shall comply with the provisions of GT2828. The sampling plan of the second modified stop band is adopted, the special inspection level is S-3, and the qualified quality level is AQL=6.5. 6.3 The sampling plan for the dimensional tolerance, shape and position tolerance and water pressure test of the magnetic seal ring shall comply with the provisions of GB/T2828, adopt the second normal sampling method, the special inspection level is S-3, and the qualified quality level is AQL-6.5. 6.4 The surface defects of carbon graphite sealing rings shall be 100% inspected. Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
7.1 The non-manufactured carbon graphite sealing rings shall be marked with the manufacturer's trademark or code, model and other signs. 2 The carbon graphite sealing rings shall be packaged to ensure that they will not be damaged during transportation and storage. 7.3 Products should be packed in tight boxes before leaving the factory, and the outside of the box should be marked with words such as "Handle with care" and "Prevent moisture from spreading". A packing list should be attached to the box, and the date should be marked on it:
