This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection regulations, marking, packaging, storage and transportation of vulcanization accelerator B5. This standard applies to N-cyclohexyl-2-benzothiazole sulfonamide, i.e., sulfhydration accelerator CBS, which is made by oxidizing accelerator MBT and cyclopamine with sodium hypochlorite.

4.1 melting point determination
performed in accordance with GB11409.1 (electric heating method) HG 2096-91

4.2 heating loss determination

4.3 Determination of ash content
It shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB11409.7, with a sample weight of more than 3 grams and a burning temperature of 800±20°C. 4.4 Determination of sieve residue
It shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB11409.5 (dry powder method), with a standard sieve specification of 200m×50mm/150m. 5 Inspection specifications
5.1 Accelerator CBS shall be inspected by the quality supervision and inspection department of the manufacturer. Each batch of accelerator CBS leaving the factory shall be accompanied by a quality certificate of a certain format.
5.2 Accelerator CBS is a batch of uniform products packaged once. 5.3 The user has the right to accept the received products according to this standard. 5.4 Sampling method
5.4.1 Take samples according to Table 2 in GB 6678. 5.4.2 Use the random sampling method to take equal samples from the middle and lower parts of the bag (barrel) with a sampling tube and put them on a dry plate.
5.4.3 After carefully mixing the samples, take out less than 300 samples by quartering and put them into two clean and dry ground-mouth bottles. Seal the bottle mouth and mark: manufacturer name, product name, batch number, sampling date, one bottle is sent to the quality control and inspection department for inspection, and the other bottle is stored in a dark place for re-inspection. The shelf life is 1 month. 5.5 If the inspection result does not meet the requirements of this standard, samples should be taken from two packaging containers for re-inspection. If the re-inspection result still does not meet the requirements of this standard, the batch of products shall be downgraded or rejected. 5.6 When the supply and demand parties have a disagreement on product quality and require arbitration, the arbitration agency can be selected by both parties through consultation. The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of this standard.
6 Packaging, marking, storage and transportation
6.1. The accelerator CBS should be packaged in barrels, polyolefin or polyethylene woven bags, lined with polyethylene, with a net weight of 20±0. 1kg25±0.1kg or 40±0.1kg, etc.,
6.2 Each bag (barrel) should be marked with the manufacturer's name, product name, trademark, grade, batch number, net weight, and production date in an obvious place. 63 Each batch of packaged finished product bags (barrels) should be accompanied by a quality certificate. The certificate includes the manufacturer's name, product name, grade, batch number, dead weight, ex-factory date and the number of this standard. 4 The product should be stored in a dry warehouse, the wall thickness should be greater than 0.5 twist, and should not be placed near the main, sewer and gas equipment to prevent moisture condensation or deterioration. It should not be close to fire. 6 The storage period of the accelerator CB is six months.
