4 Test methods and inspection rules
4.1 Test methods
4.1.1 Operation test
Motor power
10% (not less than 2 units) of each batch of pumps should be sampled for clean water operation test. The test should be carried out when the flow rate is the midpoint of the performance, and the test time shall not be less than 0.5h. During the test, the leakage of the packing seal and mechanical seal should be checked. The bearing temperature rise and maximum temperature and the unit noise should meet the requirements of Articles 3.4.5 to 3.4.7 respectively. If there are unqualified products, double sampling or full testing should be decided according to the nature of the problem. In the operation test, the bearing temperature is measured by using a semiconductor point thermometer on the outer surface of the bearing seat where the bearing is installed.
4.1.2 Clean water performance test and noise measurement
The clean water performance test and noise measurement of the pump shall be carried out according to the splashing method of flow rate, head, speed, shaft power and noise in GB/T3216. The accuracy requirement is Class C.
