Technical Specifications for Roller Assembly of Pellet MillJB/T 6944.2-1999
Replaces ZBB93020-90
This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging and storage and transportation requirements for roller assembly of pellet mill (hereinafter referred to as roller assembly).
This standard is applicable to roller assembly for pressing compound feed and mixed feed. Rollers for pressing other materials may also refer to the implementation of referenced standards
The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard by reference in this standard. The versions shown are valid at the time of publication of this standard. All standards are subject to revision. Parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest versions of the following standards: GB/T1184--1996
GB/T1800.3—1998
GB/T2828-1987
3 Basic types
3.1 Drawing roller surface:
a) Involute;
b) Rectangular;
c) Trapezoidal.
3.2 Small hole roller surface.
3.3 Narrow groove roller surface.
3.4 Tungsten carbide welded roller surface.
Technical requirements
Shape and position tolerancesUnnoted tolerance values
Basis of limits and fits Part 3: Numerical tables of standard tolerances and basic deviationsBatch-by-batch inspectionCount sampling procedures and sampling tables (applicable to inspection of continuous batches)The rollers shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.1
4.2The rollers shall be heat treated and shall meet the following requirements:The hardness of the volumetric heat treatment is 52~63HRC, and the depth of the hardened layer is not less than 4mm. 4.3The dimensional accuracy of the inner hole matching surface of the roller shall not be lower than IT7 grade specified in GB/T1800.3. 4.4The coaxiality tolerance of the outer surface of the roller and the inner hole bearing mounting matching surface shall not be lower than Grade 8 specified in GB/T1184. 4.5The R value of the surface roughness of the inner hole matching surface of the roller is 1.6μm. 4.6The rollers shall not have defects such as micro cracks and interlayers. 4.7
The surface of the press roll should not have flash, burrs, oxide scale, etc. Approved by the State Bureau of Machinery Industry on August 6, 1999 and implemented on January 1, 2000
4.8 The surface of the press roll should be coated with anti-rust oil.
JB/T6944.2-1999
Under normal working conditions, the working time of the press roll shall not be less than 300 hours. 4.9
Test method
The test instruments, meters, measuring tools and testing tools shall be calibrated. 5.2 Check the dimensional tolerance of the press roll with a universal measuring tool. Check the surface roughness of the press roll with a surface roughness comparison sample. 5.3
Each press roll surface should be hardened at three locations where the circumference is divided into three equal parts, with no less than 2 points at each location. 5.4
5.5· Check 4.6.4.7 and 4.8 by visual inspection. 5.6 The service life of the roller can be assessed by the user. Under rated working conditions, the cumulative working time of the roller is measured in hours. 6
Inspection rules
The inspection of the roller is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 6.1 Factory inspection
For rollers produced in batches, when the batch range is N=91~150 units, factory inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Table 1. 6.1.1

4.2, 4.4
6.1.2 The roller may be shipped only after it has passed the inspection of the quality inspection department of the manufacturer. 6.2 Type inspection
6.2.1 Type inspection shall be conducted in any of the following cases: a) when new materials are replaced;
b) every two years in normal production;
c) when there are major changes in structure and process after normal production; d) when the national quality supervision agency requires type inspection. 6.2.2 During type inspection, when the batch range N=16~25 units, it shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Table 2. 6.3 Sampling plan
4.3, 4.5, 4.6, 4.7.4.8
6.3.1 Sampling inspection shall be conducted in accordance with the normal inspection and one-time sampling plan specified in GB/T2828. The inspection level is general inspection level I. Samples shall be randomly selected from the finished product warehouse.

Evaluate item by item. When the number of unqualified items in the sample is less than or equal to the qualified judgment number Ac, it is judged as qualified. When the number of unqualified items is greater than or equal to Re, it is judged as unqualified. If all categories are qualified, it is finally judged as qualified. If any category is judged as unqualified, it is finally judged as unqualified. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
7.1 Every 4 rollers are packed in a wooden box. With the consent of the user, other materials can also be used for packaging, but it must be ensured that the rollers are intact during transportation and storage.
7.2 The packaging must be firm and reliable and meet the requirements of the transportation management department. 7.3 The following markings should be on the outside of the packaging box:
a) Product name and specifications;
b) Total mass, kg;
c) Overall dimensions (length × width × height), mm; d) Manufacturer's name;
e) Receiving unit and destination.
7.4 The rollers should be stored indoors and have rain and moisture-proof facilities. 7.5
The markings and packaging of exported rollers should comply with the regulations of the foreign trade department. The rollers should be accompanied by a product certificate when leaving the factory.
