GYBC80 GYBD80 JB/T 755494 4.2 The test pressure of the pump shall not be less than 1.25 times the nominal pressure, and the time shall be 5 minutes (maintaining pressure). 4.3 The cleanliness level of the working medium shall comply with 17/14 in Appendix A of JB/T6996. 4.4 The pressure drop tolerance within 5 minutes of tax pressure is 0.5MPa4.5 There shall be no irregularities such as seepage and damage to military parts in all parts. 4.6 The ratio of actual oil injection per stroke to theoretical oil injection shall not be less than 95%. 5 Test method 5.1 Factory test 5.1.1 No-load test: Start reciprocating more than 2 times under no-load pressure conditions, and then start measuring the oil injection amount. The measured oil injection amount per stroke shall not be less than 95% of the nominal oil injection amount. 5.1.2 Full-load test: Start reciprocating more than 2 times under nominal pressure conditions, and then start measuring the oil injection amount. The volumetric efficiency shall meet the requirements of Article 4.6. 5.1.3 Overload test; gradually increase the pressure to 1.25 times of the nominal pressure, and no abnormal phenomenon shall occur. 5.2 Type test 5.2.1 Test conditions shall be in accordance with Article 2.5 of GB7935. 5.2.2 Test items 5.2.2.1 Running-in test: start reciprocatingly for more than 10 times under no-load pressure conditions, then gradually load, run-in in stages, to the nominal pressure, and then reciprocate for more than 5 times. 5.2.2.2 Low temperature test: start more than 2 times under no-load pressure, -20°C or below conditions, and no abnormal phenomenon shall occur. 5.2.2.3 High temperature test: start more than 2 times under nominal pressure, +80°C or above conditions, and no abnormal phenomenon shall occur. 5.2.2.4 Overload test: gradually increase the pressure to 1.25 times of the nominal pressure, and test continuously for more than 10 times, and no abnormal phenomenon shall occur. 6 Inspection rules 6.1 Each high-pressure pump shall be inspected and qualified by the inspection department of the manufacturer and shall be accompanied by a product certificate before it can leave the factory. 6.2 The factory inspection of high-pressure pumps must comply with the provisions of Articles 4.2, 4.4, and 5.1. 7 Marking, packaging, and storage 7.1 The high-pressure pump shall be equipped with a product label in a conspicuous position, including: manufacturer name: product name and model: trademark; factory date: e. product number. 7.2 The rust prevention and packaging of the high-pressure system shall comply with the provisions of GB4879 and GB/T13384. 7.3 The packaging mark of the high-pressure pump shall comply with the provisions of GB191. 7.4 Storage 7.4.1 The high-pressure ticket shall be stored in a dry and ventilated environment, avoiding rain, snow, and water infiltration, avoiding contact with acids, oxidants, organic solvents and other substances, and shall not be exposed to light for a long time. 7.4.2 In compliance with Article 7.4.1, the manufacturer shall ensure that the performance of the product still complies with the provisions of this standard within 12 months from the date of release.
